Home description
The villa is newly built with bright and spacious rooms throughout. Access to the Villa is easy from the Candolim high street (10 minutes walk), and a further 10 minutes leisurely walk to Candolim Beach. There are number of large balconies around the Villa, which have seating areas to watch the sunrise and sunset (depending on which side of the Villa you are).
The views from the front of the house look out onto paddy (rice) fields a few kilometers into the distance, and give a very pleasant awakening in the mornings.

The Goa region
Goa is on the west coast of India. The Goan coastline is very beautiful with long sandy beaches, warm sea water and warm breezes. The monsoon season starts in May and goes through till September. From October to April the climate is sunny and very warm.
Candolim / Bamon Vaddo area
Candolim is a very lively town in Season. The season starts in October through to April/May the followng year.
There are a lot of shops and restaurants to choose from in the main street of Candolim. Also, there are bars and clubs dotted around the area and near the beach side.
The beach has a number of excellent shacks with friendly hosts, providing food and drink and especially shelter from the Sun. One can walk for miles on the beach in either direction (I recommended just after Sun rise).
This is a ideal base for exploring the nearby Coco, Baga and Calangute beaches. Also Mapusa and Anjuna Flea Markets and the Saturday Bazaar are a short drive away and give you a feel for the real Goa.

Further details indoors: The Villa is available as a whole (sleeps 6 - maximum 8), OR as a 2 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4 - maximum 6) and a studio a 1 bedroom apartment (sleeps 2).
The 2 bedroom apartment consist of 2 bedrooms (with double beds) with en suites (1 apartment on the ground floor, 1 apartment on the first floor). There is a dining room adjoining the fully fitted kitchen and has a lounge with a field facing balcony. This lounge room has satellite TV, music centre and sofas.
The studio apartment has an en-suite bedroom and also a newly fitted kitchen on the 2nd floor. There is a balcony which has a grandstand view of the paddy fields.
All bedrooms feature bright and clean en-suite showers and toilets, also all bedrooms and lounges have ceiling fans, and hot and cold water is available throughout.
All floors ave views over the paddy fields.
The Villa, rooms and kitchens have been built to a high standard with modern fittings.
There is also a guest room on te ground floor (with 2 single beds, sleeps 2 - maximum 3), price upon application. This bedroom has an en suite as well.
There is a travel cot available for child upto 3 years of age.
