A magnificent detached country villa with private pool, yet only 4 mins by car or local bus to the beaches of Candelaria, with its fish restaurants, bars around the plaza and in the new part of town a shopping centre. The property is located on the south east coast of tenerife. 23 minutes from tenerife south airport The villa is 300 sq. m has a very large lounge, with bar, separate dining area with marble dining table and 8 chairs. The kitchen is large finished in mahogany and has a glass dining table seating 4 with access to both central atrium and private pool, large central atrium, abundant with flowers, ideal for totally private sunbathing. 4 large double bedrooms, the master bedroom (facing the private pool) has an en suite shower room and the main bathroom is large finished in black and white grecian style with large corner bath. There is also an office with adsl internet connection and laundry with washing machine and ironing board. We have approx. 40 fruit trees, oranges, mandarins, papaya, mangos, peaches and nectarines. This property can be used as a three bedroom villa, as we are able to shut off one the bedrooms, for 50 pounds less per week

The Tenerife region
Candelaria with its famous church, large plaza and restaurants facing the ocean. A long promenade walk with endless choice of international restaurants. The Pyramides of Guimar are ten minutes away, a true step back into time. We are just 30 minutes from Water Parks, Loro Parks and other attractions. 23 minutes away from golf. The villa is in the countryside yet have the advantage of being only 3 minutes from town and beaches. Araya has become a sought after location for large detached villas, there are five in the area. Just wonderful views with ot a crane in sight.

Pyramides of Guimar, Loro Park, Aqua Park. Los Brezos barbecue area is just a 15 minute drive up into the mountains, have a barbecue under the pine trees. there is also a children's play area.

Could´nt wish for better accommodation, a true country residence, having the benefit of being only minutes from the beaches Liz, Scotland We were amazed at the size of the villa with beautiful views and enjoyed our stay away from the crowds,minutes to the bustling town which had every facility you could wish for.
