This Suite is located in one of the most amazing beaches in the world with breath taking views of the Caribbean Sea and Isla mujeres, Equipped with all you need..

BUSES and TAXIS are always running outside cheap and efficient..

Beachfront, with kitchenettes, pool,internet , parking, security. rented by day or week . price is per entire apt. sleeps up to 4 people.

lovely Suite with 2 double beds (sleep up to 4) kitchenette, internet, a beach you can walk for miles or a short walk, fantastic snorkeling area too. We are only 5 minutes from the ferry to Isla mujeres, If you do not want to rent a car, public transportation run all the time $1.00usd and taxi it is available from here to the clubs such as Cocobongo The City Mandala etc, for only $15usd.

Cancun has fantastic restaurants for all tastes and budgets, plus we have one right on site that serves seafood with ocean view, lunch and dinner as well,one small convienence stores for the basics, if you prefer to cook there is also a supermarket 15 minutes from here. I am here daily and would be happy to give you more info and show you how to get around on your first day.

There is 2 ways to get to my place,

1.- From the airport at terminal 2 you can take a ADO bus for $5usd to (Downtown ADO bus station) then take a taxi to my place, taxi priceses goes from 10usd to 15usd outside of the bus station ( if you take a taxi 1 block away from the bus station it is much cheaper like 5 to 7usd or I can arrange a private transportation from the airport with a welcome chart with your name on it and have them take you to my place for the total cost of $40usd (I will need your flight number,airline company ,city of departure and time of arrival..

I can also arrange taxi,make reservations for restaurants,clubs and excursions such as chichen-itza +Cenote for $55usd all inclusive , Isla mujeres all inclusive for 48usd, swing with dulphins for 79usd,Xcaret plus 139usd..

There is small buses that goes all day and also my personal taxi drivers that are available 24hrs and will charge you local rates 5usd to take any part of Cancun and if need to go To the clubs such as Cocobongo,the city, mandala or just the the hotel zone the will only charge you 15 usd..

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jaime (the owner) a message.

If Jaime (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
