This beautiful designers own home is a total of 2,688 sq. ft. of all marble floors throughtout. It sits about 50 yards from the Caribbean Sea. The villa is located on the grounds of a five-star hotel. Upon entering the villa, there is a separate entrance where you can see the dining area with a mirrored bar, and step down living room. To your left is a powder room, shower, and laundry room. The living room includes a 50" television with DVD and VCR. There is a fabulous new kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator with an ice maker, and blender. Keep the margaritas coming. The master bedroom offers a steam shower for two including telephone and radio. All bedrooms have two sinks and terraces with beautiful views of the Caribbean. There are lounge chairs on every terrace. On the penthouse flooor there are 5 lounge chairs. Between the two bedrooms on the second floor there is a queen size futon. In the living room there is a queen sofa for additional sleeping. We have had as many as 15 stay at the villa. You don't have to be a "Hilton" to live like one.

There is an additional $70 per person each night after 6 people. There is a $1,000 deposit required as security for any damage to the villa. This is returned upon departure as long as everything is in the condition you have found it. A check will be issued to you. A 50% deposit is due at the time reservations are made. The balance is due 60 days before arrival. If there is a cancellation within 45 days of arrival, there is no refund, however we would be happy for you to stay another time. We except personal checks, no credit cards. All taxes are included in the rates.
