This superb new villa, completed in early 2007, is located in open countryside on an extensive plot having double gates and a driveway within the grounds. It offers excellent privacy in a tranquil setting. The beach, shops and restaurants of Can Picafort are just 4km away, with two local restaurants at 200m. Can Picafort lies in the centre of the Bay of Alcudia on the north coast of Mallorca
There are many quaint little bars and a diverse range of restaurants to choose from, where you are sure to find something for everyone. There are also many beautiful shops along the harbour where you can buy porcelain, and beautiful jewellery . The harbour is pedestrianised and is lovely place to take a stroll in the early evening.

Further details outdoors: There is a covered terrace in front of the main front door with four steps down to the drive way and extensive gardens which surround the villa and comprise of lawns, flower beds, numerous shrubs and mature Palm trees that give natural shade. The private swimming pool, set to one side, is 9m long and 5m wide with depths of 1m to 2m and has a ladder for access. Patio furniture and a BBQ are provided to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining, with sun beds and parasols for those wishing to soak up the sun by the pool. Secure off road parking is available for at least three cars.
