Welcome to this is a cozy 150 m2 chalet in a residential area in Can Picafort! It's only 500 meters from the beach. It has a big terrace around the house, barbeque, WIFI, central heating and the main room has air conditioning and private terrace.
The house has two entrances: the main entrance, which take us to the living room; and the back entrance which takes us to the terrace and kitchen. On the main floor are located a fully furnished kitchen, a toilet, two covered terraces and a big living room with a fireplace.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main room is en suite and has double bed and air conditioning. The other two bedrooms have two single beds or a bunk bed. The other bathroom has a shower.
The house is decorated in a classic and colonial style with high quality finish. There is a chill out area on the front terrace, with a sofa and comfortable armchairs, perfect to relax, reading a book or surf the Internet. The back terrace has a porch and is furnished with a table and 6 chairs where you can have your breakfasts and summer dinners.
The kitchen is furnished with everything you might need during your holiday: blender, toaster, microwave, dish washer, electric coffee maker, electrical oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils and a lot more. Of course you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The Balearic Islands region
By car or bus you could easily reach other nice beach areas like Playa de Muro, Playa de Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Alcúdia old town, Puerto de Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença. The old town of Alcúdia with its little cobbled streets is a must see. Visit the old squares, the church and the town walls where you can also walk around the top of the old town. Lots of small bars and good restaurants invite you to stop off for a coffee, a snack and take it all in. On Tuesday and Sunday there is market day in Alcúdia and the town turns into a busy place with lots of people. Don't forget to visit the Roman Ruins including a villa, a bull-ring and an amphitheatre.
Son Bauló is a perfect area for hiking, Nordic walking, horse riding, cycling, fishing, diving or sailing. It's very close to the natural park s'Albufera - a perfect place for bird watching. Nearby, we can find interesting places as Son Bauló stream, prehistoric sites as Son Real Necropolis and the public old estate of Son Real. All this, makes CAN BARRET a perfect house for families with children and athletes.
Close by you will find any kind of services: supermarket, ATM, surgery, restaurants, bars and coffee shops, pubs and souvenirs where you can get to on foot.
Son Bauló is well connected with the city of Palma and the beautiful towns of Alcúdia and Pollença, either if you go by public transport or private car.
In Can Picafort you will find lots of restaurants for every kind of taste; fresh fish, excellent meat, pizza and pasta, tapas and typical Majorcan cuisine. If you feel a bit hungry, the numerous snack bars offer sandwiches, hamburgers and salads. For your coffeetea break you will find lots of cafeterias on the promenade. There are also lots of shops there; beside shops for clothes, shoes and souvenirs you will easily find big and small supermarkets for grocery shopping. The next big supermarkets are located on the main road direction Puerto de Alcúdia the other side to Son Serra de Marina. You will find also 2 gas stations there.

"Lovely villa in a great location"
