The property is stylishly furnished internally and externally with a 125m² terrace. The apartment block adjoins the Golf de Ibiza golf club which boasts 18 and 9 hole courses.
The bedrooms and living area lead directly onto the extensive terrace with panoramic views of the green lush mountain and forest area of Roca Llisa. This area is wonderfully quiet and peaceful but in easy access of Ibiza town, the resort of Cala Longa and spanish town of Santa Eulalia, all within 5-10 minutes drive with wonderful restaurants abound!
The nearest beaches are the beautiful and secluded Cala Olivera and Sol Den Serra coves 1000 – 1500m distance – two of the islands best kept beach secrets. The beautiful beaches and coves to the North East of the Island are only a 15-20 minute drive away.

The Ibiza region
Roca Llisa and the apartment are a 15 minute drive from the airport situated on the coast road between Jesus and St.Eulalia and is also a ten minute drive to Ibiza town and St.Eulalia in the opposite direction.
Roca Llisa is an exclusive security gated estate or precinct with wonderful panoramic views of lush hill side and sea views and is home to the beautifully secluded Cala Oliviera and Sol Den Serra beach coves. The area is in easy reach of the cosmopolitan Ibiza Town with its wonderful restaurants, bars and shops.
Santa Eulalia is a large spanish coast town 5 minutes drive away again with a wonderful beach, restaurants, bars, amenities and shops. The town boasts a large indoor spanish market which is open daily.
Can Furnet / Jesus area
A great tip is to purchase a current Ibiza Now Magazine on your arrival (published monthly) and all details of festivals and activities on the Island will be included for the period.
Jesus is a 5 minute drive where food and provisions can be purchased.
How to get there

Budget Airlines: - Ryanair, Easyjet, Thompson, Monarch, British Airways/Midlands and Iberia - all fly out to Ibiza between May and October. Ryanair presently fly all year round together with Iberia.
Car Hire - Hertz, Avis and Eurocar are all situated in the Airport Terminal. Car Hire is strongly recommended to get about and see this beautiful Island!
Due to Ryan Air flying direct to Ibiza throughout winter, the apartment is now available for the whole of this period at reduced rates There are three weekly flights Thursday, Saturday and Tuesday, and with weather up to 70 degrees as late as December the island is at it's best in the winter. Pacha is open at the weekend throughout the year, with the real Ibizan music. Shopping carries on in the winter too, with most of Ibiza Town , San Antonio and Santa Eulalia remaining open.
