One double bedroom with built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with bath & shower over. A second twin bedroom again with built in wardrobes & second bathroom with shower cubicle. Various fans, ceiling & free-standing for the warmer weather & full central heating for the cooler evenings.

LONG TERM WINTER LET
The Villa,having the benefit of central heating,has both the comfort and facilities for customers to enjoy a part or full winter in the sun. The owners are happy to negotiate on price for anyone wanting to rent their Villa for a minimum of one month anytime between 1st October and 30th April. The owners will consider pets for long term winter lets, please do mention this at the time of booking.
The Murcia region
Costa Calida, which translates as the "warm coast", boasts over 320 days of sunshine per year, with temperatures ranging between 18C & 38C during the summer months & 12C to 22C during the winter.
Set in the south-east of Spain, the Costa Calida is home to approx 150 unspoilt beaches, coves, mountains & beautiful countryside.
Camposol is primarily a residential area & therefore best suited to families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun.
There are a choice of activities at hand however, including the 18 hole Sensol Golf Course on Camposol open to members & non-members alike. Other sports locally include bowling, tennis, petanque, horse riding & diving.
There is an assortment of bars, shops & restaurants on Camposol spread over two Commercial Centres
Only 10 minutes away is the historic town of Mazarrón, a typical Spanish town hosting not only supermarkets & restaurants but also a medical centre, pharmacy, police station & a weekly market. Just along from Mazarrón is the Port of Mazarrón with various sandy beaches, two marinas & plenty of night-life!
Travelling north from Camposol will bring you to the Sierra Espuña. A beautiful National Park with spectacular views & walks & plenty of wild life including the odd wild boar!

"Nice Villa, good Location"

"Lovely villa, relaxing stay."
We stayed at the villa on Camposol A for two weeks in August. The villa was lovely with ample space for all of us ( myself, husband, father-in-law and two children ). Villa had plenty of plates, cutlery etc in kitchen area and also use of barbeque which due to the glorious weather we made good use of whilst eating outdoors on the patio. Great to also have the use of a washing machine ( and line with pegs ) which meant we didn't have to pack clothes for 2 wks only a weeks worth so travelled light. Villa had two bathrooms which was handy ( no fighting for the shower in the morning ). The pool was amazing, much bigger than expected and was cleaned twice whilst we stayed so was spotless. Camposol A is quite low key but something on each night in the little bars ( quiz, karaoke as well as screening the footy ) a great indian restaurant and the Tropicana bar which had a set menu at very reasonable price. A small bridge connects to the Camposol B which has livelier bars a chippy and variety of restaurants ( indian, Italian, steakhouse etc ) also a large supermarket with prices much the same as back in UK. We hired a car so did venture out locally to the port and to a bowling alley in nearby Totana. However, I would recommend doing some research prior or buying a guide as we got lost a few times and most of the locals seemed to speak very little English. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, we found the residents and holiday makers on Camposol A and B to be polite and friendly and the children were welcomed everywhere we went. A great stay had by all and we would definitely return.

"Beautiful Villa with"
Gorgeous Villa in a lovely location. We are a family of four and spent our holiday here in sunny June. The villa has all the amenities you could want and is spotless. The pool is a fantastic size and the surrounding gardens are beautifully kept. Our children had a ball! The villa is close to the shops, supermarket and numerous bars/restaurants. The area is very family friendly and we hired a car for the week we stayed and enjoyed visiting the surrounding areas and beaches.
I would highly recommend this holiday to anyone wanting a relaxing, stress free holiday in beautiful surroundings.

"Extremely well equiped villa in an excellent location"
A spacious, well equiped villa with beautiful mountain views. shops, bars and reasonably priced restauants all within walking distance. Some lovely sandy beaches only 15 minutes drive away, so pleased we hired a car. Weather was superb and pool temperature gorgeous! Will go again.
