Casa Rosa Blanca is a modern 2 bedroom/2 bathroom detached villa with it´s own private pool and gardens. The main focal point of the property is the large contemporary feature swimming pool with a funky swim-under deck. The living accommodation is all on one level and is easily accessible form street level to suit all ages.

The villa boasts 3 separate terraces where you can enjoy sunbathing, al fresco dining or even sipping a cocktail or two on the roof terrace watching the sun go down. The views from the roof-top terrace are particularly spectacular of the surrounding countryside and mountains.

Situated in a quiet location on the popular golf development of Camposol but within easy reach by car to the local towns of Mazarron and Puerto De Mazarron where you will find many shops, restaurants and beautiful unspoilt beaches.

For the more energetic the villa is surrounded by miles of countryside where you will find many walking/cycling trails and the Sierra Espuña National Park is a short drive away. Also quad biking, water sports and horse riding are all within easy reach.

The rental cost is inclusive of final clean and meet & greet service.

For your comfort we provide air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The units are metered to prevent excessive use and we give a generous 10 hour daily allowance which is adequate for normal use. Any usage over the free allowance is charged at 15 cents per hour per unit.

WiFi on request (local charge of €2 per day or €8 per week)

Beach towels are provided

Bed linen/towel change on stays of more then 7 days is available.

Cots, highchairs etc. are available for rent at a small extra cost, payable locally.

We are very flexible with arrival / departure times. However, when there is a same day changeover we need time to turn the villa around. On these occasions we would request outgoing guests to vacate by 11am and incoming guests to arrive no sooner than 3pm.

The Murcia region

The Region of Murcia on the Costa Calida is located on the Mediterranean coastline in the south-east of Spain. The region is a major producer of fruit, vegetables, flowers, wine and olive oil. The climate, which is mainly warm has made it very suitable for agriculture.

This region of Spain boasts around 320 days of sunshine annually. The average daily temperature is around 20 degrees Centigrade. During the Summer months the average daily temperature rises to around 30 degrees C and is perfect for lazing around the swimming pool or heading out to the local beaches. For non beach lovers,the region has lots more to offer

The vibrant City of Murcia dating back to AD825 is the capital and most populated city in the region. As well as great shopping and restaurants there are many historical sites to visit, such as the 14th century Cathedral.

Cartagena, close by, is a major navel port for Spain. In recent years extensive development has taken place to increase tourism. Many of the large cruise companies now include it in their itinerary of stop-offs. One of the main points of interest in Cartagena is the recently unearthed Roman Amphitheatre which proves very popular to visitors. It was built between 5 and 1 BC and was only discovered in 1988. The restoration was completed in 2003 and it was finally opened to the public in 2008.

The region celebrates many historic fiestas throughout the year so there is almost always festivities to attend to give you the real taste of this beautiful, unspoilt area.

Camposol

Mazarron is a small town situated in the Southwest of the Region of Murcia. It is host to the development of Camposol (translated countryside sun) which sits on its outskirts, 12 km to the north of the town. Camposol is set in open countryside with stunning views of the surrounding hills and mountains of the Sierra Espuña National Park. Established for over 10 years, Camposol is a multicultural community with around 3500 permanent residents. This makes it an ideal year round holiday destination as it doesn't become deserted out of season.

Facilities are extensive and include an 18-hole golf course and clubhouse. There are 2 shopping areas, a supermarket, petrol station, medical centre, pharmacy and post office. You can also find several bars and restaurants.

Thirty minutes away by car you will find Puerto de Mazarron with over 35 kms of unspoilt beaches and coves, some of which have been accredited Blue Flag status. There are numerous beaches with varying qualities to suit different tastes. Small, large, busy, quiet and for those who like to bare all there are even secluded naturist beaches. Parking nearby is rarely a problem. The sea in this region is particularly warm, unlike further south on the Costa Del Sol where the colder Atlantic Ocean meets the Mediterranean Sea, reducing the temperature.

The promenade in the Puerto has been recently redeveloped to compliment the adjacent new marina. They both offer many stylish cafe bars and restaurants and during the Summer months the atmosphere is electric until the early hours of the morning with the influx of tourists from other regions of Spain and beyond.

There are several outdoor weekly markets in the area which include Camposol on Thursday, Mazarron town on Saturday and Puerto de Mazarron on Sunday.

Other activities locally on offer include water sports, boat trips, quad biking, horse riding cycling, walking. The list is endless. For the children, there are 2 water parks within an hours drive.

On the other hand you may choose to spend your time relaxing around the pool and firing up the barbecue with your friends and family and enjoy all the facilities the villa and Camposol has to offer for a great holiday.

I would refer you to our honest description of the property on the website. The property is on a residential urbanization in a country location which has shops, bars,a golf course and other amenities. Clearly not in the middle of nowhere. Maybe with a little more research you would have selected a property more suitable to your exacting high standards.

Your daily enquiries/questions were always answered in a polite and helpful manner. Information containing everything about the villa, maps of the surrounding area, local magazines and details of a local website which is updated daily with details of all local events and news are provided in an information file that is available for guests to peruse whilst at the villa. Again with more research maybe you would have discovered this was not the holiday you were seeking.

I don't think I could have been any more helpful to you during your holiday including the time when you were unable to get a taxi to Pto de Mazarron I offered to take you in my own car.

The damage deposit of £150 is as described, ie a deposit from which the cost of any damage will be deducted. There were many things damaged or broken during your stay for which I claimed £100 . The damage was backed up with photographic evidence provided to Holiday Lettings who agreed compensation was due. We have not made a claim against any other tenent during the whole year as previous renters have respected the property.

In Summarry, I believe you are a couple who having failed to research the area prior to booking who are now seeking to discredit me as an owner . The booking conditions clearly state you are responsible for any damages caused and in this instance due to your lack of respect and care for other peoples property damage was caused and therefore you are responsible for the cost of the repairs. Your own comment above clearly accepts that damage was caused.

It is a shame property owners are not able to review tenants on a website to alert other owners to damage caused to their property by renters.
