A fully-new cottage located very close from one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca, Es Trenc! This Beach House is fully refurbished this summer, with all the comfort and the most typical “Mallorca Style”. Surrounded by nature and located in a very quiet and safe area. The Beach House has 4 large bedrooms, one of them with a 150cm bed and jacuzzi and bathroom in suite. The other bedroom has 2 beds of 90cm and the last one has 2 litter.

An impressive country house recently renovated and situated a few kilometers from one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca.

Typical old Mallorcan farmhouse that has been restored preserving the essence and the architectural past. It is located in an absolutely quiet area, at the south of the island. Sa Vinyoleta dates from 1650 and the last restoration was in 2012. The house provides all the amenities that are required in the XXI century.

Sa Vinyoleta is a property that represents the best choice for those seeking tranquility, authenticity and nature. Also for those who want to get lost in a natural environment, away from the daily routine and stress of cities. Its privileged location allows excursions to explore the enigmatic Mallorca. It is 10 minutes from the beach paradise of Mallorca, Es Trenc and 25 minutes from the airport of Palma de Mallorca.

Note that the house has wireless internet both at home and abroad. The interior of the house retains its rustic character several stays are spread over 2 floors and 300 square meters.

Accessed by a large courtyard with trees which already admires sober facade and entrance door with round arch.

The first room you will find is a large living room with fireplace. This room has two separate environments. Presides this stay a solemn stone arc. The second room is a beautiful dining room with ceiling Gothic ribbed.

Downstairs you will find the room with more character: the kitchen. The kitchen retains unique and original architectural elements for four centuries. It has a huge fireplace and is equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances. It has natural light through a skylight window. It is decorated with multiple crafts. It has a vast and cool pantry where is located the fridge and kitchen utensils. This pantry formerly kept the typical sobrasadas.

The dinig room is a multipurpose room. Divided into two rooms decorated with Mediterranean colors, stone walls and multiple lamps that grant a special atmosphere. On the ground floor there is a bathroom divided into two parts, one with bathtub.

High ceiling stairs give access to the upper floor, where there is a large central lounge with two sofas and TV-DVD. On this floor you will find 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
