Finca with pool is located between Santanyi and Campos in the south of the island only 10 minutes from the beaches of the south coast away. The large farm is located on a vegetated, non-accessible site with Mediterranean palms and plants of all kinds in a rural area. The large house is an ideal holiday home for friends, families or groups and offers ample space from 2 to 14 holiday guests.
Finca has two floors with a large entrance area, living room, dining room, kitchen, 6 big bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and a guest toilet. The stylishly furnished lounge with satellite TV, stereo with CD player, there is a 3 m long dining table and ample space. Furthermore the hotel has an Internet connection. For Community Games provides you with a table football or billiards available.
Large kitchen equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kitchen utensils for the best self-catering furnished. Washing machine, a grill, a highchair and a cot are available.
6 Bedrooms are located in the lower floor and the other three in the top floor. A bedroom with 2 single beds is accessible from the outside and in addition offers a small balcony. The modern bathrooms with sink, tub or shower and toilet. Each bathroom has a hairdryer.

Every weekend and in weekly days you can have something to do. There are a lot of festilvals " fires" to go in Mallorca, where you can see local products, and exhibitions of musicians,.
Santanyi is very interesting there are a lot of art galeries, tapas bar, Cala d'Or is 15 minutes far from the house there are a lot of Pubs, and Restaurants.
Campos is the most popular village where you can buy Ensaimadas and Sobrassada!

How to get there

To come to the finca, is necessary to have a car or a motorbike! It's 6km far from the next village Campos and Santanyi.

On the ground floor there spaceful living room with fireplace and sofas in front of the table where to spend the evenings watching TV or playing cards and a good table to make a good dinner or lunch with friends and / or family.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, toaster and cooking utensils, all this for you is easier when you prepare meals -
There are several terraces on the estate, two in the top floor.
A private room (is that which sees in the photo has its own staircase) and another that gives two rooms.
and the bottom, where there is next to the barbecue and wood oven ... everything works.
A game room with football and billiard, table games, petanque, soccer balls, good tables beside the pool in order to bring some good conversations with friends, wifi wireless ....

Lots of well maintained roads for jogging, biking, go skating or walking. On Saturdays there are antiques markets, fruit and vegetables, do not miss not going to Campos to have a "Variat" at some bar!
The privileged location makes it perfect to practice many activities such as canoeing, cycling along country roads .. Two Golf Courses are just 20 minutes! Evening walks through the countryside, along the beach, shopping, go to the Art Galleries in Santanyi or Colonia St Jordi
