About the home

Set in beautiful Spanish countryside from cultivated greenery to a lunar type desert landscape, looking out at distant mountains and plum, apricot, almond, lemon groves. This is REAL SPAIN, come and relax and discover for yourself what real Spanish Villages are. Enjoy local wine and tapas. Remember your phrase book though - Spanish is the language spoken here. Our Villagers are very friendly. This is an ideal location to bring family & friends to relax.

There is a large balcony and an outside front terrace with plenty of shade where you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views.

The Kitchen is fully fitted. American style open plan lounge and diner and into kitchen so open and friendly. 3 large double bedrooms downstairs (1 with en suite large wet room) 1 family bathroom (2 king size and 1 double and 2 single beds) 1 large double bedroom upstairs with en suite wet room and door leading to upstairs large terracing balcony. OUTDOORS :- relaxing easy seating on front terrace fully shaded all day and enjoying fantastic panoramic views.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cot, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite wet room facilities. The property also has a 2 single bedded room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite. The tv system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes line drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a large 10 x 5m private swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbecue. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The Murcia region

Our Village is less than 2km away, you will find many amenities there including a supermarket, fish shop, bakeries, pizza takeaway!. We have a Farmers Market on Wednesday mornings which is lively and colourful. Sit and enjoy a cafe con leche and watch the local world go by....enjoy tapas and menu del dia which is excellent value and very Spanish.

The Village has a Dental Practise, Doctors surgery (some English spoken). We have a Library (Bilbloteca) that has a free internet suite. Police Station.

The Campos del Rio area

The villa is right beside opportunities for walking, cycling and golf. Close to the villa you will find a theatre/cinema, shopping area, restaurant and food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, area for swimming, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, historical sites, a museum, zoo and a theme park.
