This Luxury Air Conditioned Villa has all the comforts of a well maintained Villa and is not overlooked. Suitable for large families or groups as the villa has plenty of space. Huge outside terrace with very comfortable seating overlooking the pool. Large travertine table in the shade for eating and 2 comfortable 3 seater sofa's and 3 chairs for 9. HEATED swimming pool with a 1.3m depth for swimming, holding children, and playing ball sports. 6ft super king size beds in double rooms with memory foam mattresses. Wi Fi INTERNET, freeview TV with all the UK chanels. Full size Table tennis, 14ft trampoline.. Cot, highchair, playpen and stair gate available on request. The villa has fabulous views onto the surrounding hills and mountains. The garden is beautiful secure and enclosed with 2200 sq. M of land. This has been landscaped and the huge garden is beutifully maintained, and has its own orange, apricot , lemon, lime, fig, manderine and many other trees. There are 3 huge terraces to relax on. Very quiet, and tranquil part of undiscovered Spain. A great place to chill, and relax with family or friends. Drive through real Spanish villages and remember how life really should be - enjoy some local wine and tapas, visit the beautiful City of Murcia or travel to one of 300 beaches of the Costa Calida. The choice is yours.

Villa Cassablanca is a really comfortable well equipped home with a modern contemporary feel.
• Well decorated with high quality furnishings. You will find the kitchen is very well designed with all the little extras which make a real difference, American fridge with built in ice making and filtered water.
• The 2 main bedrooms have 6 ft beds and the 2 further bedrooms have 2 x 3ft single beds which can be zip and linked together for couples to make 4 double rooms if necessary..
• Hot and Cold air-conditioning. Wood-burning stove. Extremely comfortable sofas in the sitting room.Hi-fi CD system you can connect your MP3 player to. BROADBAND INTERNET
• TV with UK freeview channels. DVD player.
• Second TV in one of the bedrooms for the kids to play games, remember to bring your own favourite DVDs and X box games.
Swimming Pool can be heated at an extra cost.

•10 by 5 metre heated swimming pool is great to splash about in and is never more than about 1.4m deep, making it safer for youngsters.
Beautiful landscaped garden with Orange, Lemon, Fig, Apricot, Peach and other fruit trees, for you to enjoy. Palm trees, fabulous bougainvillea, grape vines, honey suckle and passion flowers to name but a few of the plants in this wonderful garden.

• Extensive 2000 square metre fenced plot gives the comfort of space and security. There is ample room for parking as close to the villa as you wish with security provided by remote control gates.

This property would suit couples, families with children or two families each with 2 children. - The villa is in a fabulous position with great views of the mountains. Newly established garden with fruit trees and grape vines.
The swimming pool is not fenced off from the house and garden so children must be supervised at all times to avoid drowning. The use of the swimming pool and trampoline are at your own risk. The swimming pool is not safe for diving as it is 1.4 m in depth. There is no deep end. Pool heating is available for an extra cost of £150 per week. Broadband internet.

This is a non- smoking house please respect this.

The Murcia region

Villa Cassablanca is an ideal location to bring your family or friends to relax and enjoy the Spanish way of life.
The local village with supermarket, fish shop and farmers' market on Wednesday mornings - several bars offering tapa's and local cooking is 1.5km away. Larger supermarkets Eroski and Mercadonna are within 5 kms.

For culture and entertainment Murcia City with its cobbled streets, many plazas with cafe bars, great shopping, its historic Cathedral, Theatres, Art Galleries and Museums is a great place to go. Visit Rincon de Pepe for the best Tapas in town!

Close by are the magical spas of Archena, famous for their healing powers, with beauty treatment, outdoor and indoor hot pools, and hotels to eat, drink and relax in. Aqua Natura and Terra Natura have just opened outside Murcia with their Waterpark and Zoo which is great for the children of all ages to visit. New shopping centre (Nueva condemna) with 250 shops have opened nearby with all the Spanish high street shops which include Zara, H&M, Primark and Ikea.

40 minutes drive away are The Sierra Espuna with it's natural space of great scenic beauty. Fabulous walking for those who like to stretch their legs. Visit the Mar Menor (the largest salt water lake) for wind surfing and sailing in a very safe area as it is enclosed and about a meter deep. A day trip to the famous Port of Categena with all its roman history and beautiful marina for sight seeing. There are 200 beaches on offer which include the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean sea to choose from.

“Out of this world!!!!!” We have just come back from staying at this wonderful villa. Myself my husband my two children aged 14 & 4 along with my parents stayed for 12 days. We were totally blown away on arriving at the villa as its even more beautiful than the pictures give it credit for! It's very spacious, has luxury surroundings, has everything you could possibly want and need no expense spared (Thanks Peggy). The views of the mountains are spectacular and the gardens are well kept with trees growing fruit for you to pick!! I have to mention the pool and how well kept it is (well done Brian) it's great going on holiday and not having to worry bout ear infections and other nasty surprises you come across in the pool..... The temp of the water was just right and the lights were an added extra bonus on an evening when you could take a swim if fancying it... I have to mention Hazel who was very helpful in giving us advice on the best local places to visit and also directions too, she is a very nice lady and is more than happy to help with any problem or issues if required (not that we needed to take her up on that offer)!!! The villa is situated in a quiet residential area where you can be guaranteed nice long lazy days by the pool with no disturbance from hustle bustle traffic or loud music playing into the early hours.. If it's a quiet relaxing holiday you are seeking then this is most certainly the place to be. I honestly would recommend this villa to any one who is interested in visiting main land Spain. We visited Murcia town which was breath taking, some of the old worldly buildings were truly breathtaking also all the little bistro's and back street shops are a must. The neuva condemina shopping centre is a good day out too offering lots of shops for those who can shop til you drop and some lovely restaurants to eat and drink the day away!!! On a whole this is by far the best holiday we have ever had and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Peggy & John for allowing us to visit their beautiful villa cassablanca. “We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful luxury villa.” Our holiday was amazing from start to finish. The villa is beautiful with high quality furnishings and fully equipped with everything you could wish for provided. The pool was enjoyed by all and in the evenings it was great to relax with a drink in the jacuzzi. There are lots of fruit trees in the grounds of the villa and the garden is beautiful. There are views from the terrace of the mountains and incredible sunsets when the sun goes down. The property is in a quiet location with nearby villages where you can find restaurants and the locals are very friendly. Peggy (the owner) was really helpful answering any questions we had before we booked. I will definitely be booking another holiday in this villa.

“Excellent spacious villa” If like us, you want a well equipped villa with plenty of space and an excellent pool then this is for you. The villa is on a massive plot, space is in abundance both around the pool and in the well maintained gardens. The villa itself feels equally spacious and the large terrace in front, looking out onto the pool, is a great place to relax. The villa is certainly off the tourist trail, but you feel as if you are in the real Spain. There's every opportunity to practice your Spanish, or alternatively stare blankly and revert to sign language as we generally did!! Although off the trail, we certainly did not feel isolated, as the road links from Murcia are very good, with little traffic. Murcia itself is a beautiful city, and well worth a visit. The children also enjoyed the newly opened waterpark which was a good day out. However, in the main if its a great villa, with plenty of relaxation and sunshine that you are after, then Cassablanca will not disappoint. Thanks Peggy.

“Peaceful, perfect, luxury, the perfect family getaway to spend time and relax!” Villa Cassablanca is the perfect villa to come to if you want to just relax in comfort and spend time with your family. Having just spent another week there 4 years on, it was just as perfect the second time around, even with 2 kids older now too! Everything is kept to a high standard, from pool, to kitchen, amenities, games consoles, everything that is listed is there and in a setting which you can just while away the hours looking at the mountain views. Whilst there is not a great deal local and in walking distance from the villa, that will not suit some but was fine for us. Supermarket only 10 mins drive and was all we needed. We actually flew into Madrid (Easyjet) and drove down 3 1/2 hrs in the half term week and saved significantly on the flights costs as a result. First time we flew to Alicante which is also very easy. Having trawled and stayed a lot of villas in France, Portugal and Spain, the value of what you get here is fantastic and worth a visit, if relaxation in good company is what you want, then Villa Cassablanca is hard to beat. We have visited twice and will do so again which is recommendation enough! Response: I am delighted to hear you had a good holiday.
