Villa Tina is situated on a tranquil hillside and enjoys panoramic views of the Mediterranean and Maritme Alps. Dramatic scenery and lovely walks make this an Ideal location for a relaxing holiday. Just a few minutes drive away are award winning beaches, restaurants and other amenities.

The apartment, which is new, is 100 metres and offers spacious and comfortable accommodation. There is an open plan kitchen and living area leading onto a terrace for dining and relaxing. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles which can also be converted into a double. There is a large bathroom with shower and bidet.

The large Mediterranean style garden offers a haven of peace and tranquility. Automatic gates lead to a private parking area.

Price is inclusive of water, electricity, linen and final cleaning.

A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, the balance being due six weeks before your stay. A security deposit of 100 euros is required and is refundable on departure. Payments in Euros by bank transfer only

The North West Italy / Italian Riviera/Liguria region

The sheltered coast of Ligurla – the Italian Riviera - offers a relaxed atmosphere and some of Italy’s finest beaches as well as a temperate climate all year around. The scenery is dramatic, with mountains dropping straight down to the sea. The Alps provide a stunning backdrop to the region, leading down to the blue Mediterranean sea. Liguria is famous for its flower growing and the hills surrounding Villa Tina are covered with fragrant plants such as Mimosa which are used in the manufacture of perfume. The region is rich in history, from the capital Genoa to the medieval hill villages surrounding the area. Ligurian food is reknowned for its robust flavour and the local Rosesse wines are produced in vineyards located in the hills close by.

The Camporosso / San Giacomo area

Villa Tina is located in the tiny Hamlet of San Giacomo, just 3 kms from the town of Camporosso and close to the border with France. It provides a perfect location for exploring the Italian and French Riverias and the inland medieval hill villages of Liguria. The property overlooks Monaco and the Cote D'Azur with the glamorous resorts of Monte Carlo, Nice and Antibes, all of which are easily accessible by car or train. On the Italian side, the coastal resorts of Bordighera and San Remo are close by. Further along the coast are the Cinque Terre and beautful Portofino.
