About the home

Bellavista is located just 2 mins walk of two superb blue flag beaches including Campoamor, with its own marina, and an 8min walk of the lively town of Cabo Roig which has many bars, restaurants, shops and its' own marina. In the summer months the beaches have their own bars.

There are a few good golf courses within a 30-mins drive, including Campoamor golf course (within a 5-min drive), and La Manga golf course (within a 30-min drive).

The apartment boasts of a family bathroom & en suite to master bedroom, air con, well equipped kitchen with all mod cons, fantastic very large front terrace with full canopy, spacious courtyard with brick built BBQ and shower. The sofa bed in the lounge has slept two adults. In the lounge there is satelite TV/DVD player and IPOD docking station.

The price is inclusive of linen and bath towels.

There is an electricity meter which can be topped up should you need it, you will be given approx €10 worth of electric, if you choose to use the aircon to excess you will need to purchase top up cards for the electric.

Transport too and from Murcia and Alicante airports can be arranged direct with friends in Spain, they will also get some shopping for you, if required, so that you don't have to rush out when you arrive.

Private courtyard at the rear with BBQ, outside shower and a secure shed which houses chairs for terrace, beach umbrellas, buckets and spades, fishing rods, picnic table etc.

Conditions

Refundable £150 deposit secures booking, this deposit will act as a breakages deposit, to be refunded within 2 weeks of your departure (subject to a satisfactory property inspection and safe return of keys).

Full balance of payment to be received 8 weeks before your holiday arrival date. Subject to your booking time.

The Costa Calida region

Beautiful town of Campoamor with superb blue flag beaches which are cleaned of stones, seaweed and litter every day, beach bars in summer months.

The Costa Calida is a beautiful area of Spain with miles of sandy coastline and a mild climate throughout the year. There is something for everyone, from the bustling nightlife to the gorgeous coastal walks.

There are many golf courses located nearby including Campoamor, (within 5-mins drive), Villa Martin Las Rambles and La Manga (within 30-mins drive.

Torrevieja town with funfair is within 15-mins drive.

Water park at Benidorm, 1 hour drive.

Most budget airlines fly to Alicante (40 minutes drive to property or Murcia 20 minutes drive to property) I have found the most reasonable way to hire a car is to go on a compare website, deals change from day to day and you can pick up a bargain. Transport too and from the airport can be arranged.
