Through the front door you have the living/dining room with two 2 seater sofas, coffee table, wall unit, pictures, and table lamp radio/cassette player, TV with English channels (BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, Sky Movies, Sky One, Boomerang - approx 30 viewing channels in total and about 13 radio channels).Plus DVD player. Also air conditioning. Sea views can be enjoyed from the property.
The fully tiled and fitted kitchen is located at the rear of the dining area and has a fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, kettle, toaster, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, saucepans, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
The main bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside cabinets with 3 drawers, fitted double wardrobe, hangers, 2 bedside lamps, blanket for the winter and pictures.
The second bedroom, which has 2 single beds has a bedside cabinet with 3 drawers, fitted wardrobe with hangers, bedside lamp, 2 blankets for the winter, picture.
The bathroom has a bath with over the bath shower, laundry basket, bin, mirror, toilet, sink and window.
Outside the property you have stairs that lead up to the roof solarium with a storage cupboard with patio table and 4 chairs, 2 relaxing chairs and a parasol. Plus barbecue.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
Approx 15 mins drive you have ....
The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling, crazy golf, restaurants.
Las Habaneras shopping centre, with 3 storeys of shops.
Aquapolis water park, pitch and putt.
Within 15 min drive to Torrevieja, a nearby town with relaxing seafront, restaurants, bars, and shops, along the promenade with a fair ground for the children in the summer and boat trip if desired.
Alicante, the capital of the Costa Blanca and a great place to shop, eat, explore and has a lovely marina is 55km.
Benidorm, where you will also find “Terra Mitca” theme park – which is a great day out. Mundomar etc is 85km.
Approximately 45 mins drive from Alicante airport or 30 mins from Murcia airport.
Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged if required. If you do not want to drive from either airport but require a car we are able to provide an airport collection service with car hire at the property (at your own expense).
Campoamor / Playa Golf III area
3 to 5 min walk to local Restaurants Bars Supermarket & Bank, or a 5 min drive from Banks & Supermarkets with a good selection of Spanish and English food.
3 major golf resorts within a 5 min drive (Campoamor, Villamartin & Las Ramblas ).
