Laya Golf is situated not far from Campoamor, just 5 kilometres from the Costa Blanca coastline, located in a quiet area offering a lovely view of the Mediterranean Sea. The centre of Campoamor has a good variety of restaurants and bars. It has a supermarket, three large tennis courts and swimming pools. There are many places to shop and nearby there is a local market. The Bungalow includes 2 double bedrooms, swimming pool, air-conditioning, is situated close to the beach, restaurants, bars, shops, golf clubs and night life.

All towels & bedlinen provided, beach towels are not. The property is cleaned on arrival/departure - a 50 euro charge is payable locally to the key holder on arrival

Conditions

Deposit 25% of total rental price to be paid within 7 days of booking being confirmed. Balance payable 8 weeks before departure together with a security deposit of £100. (The security deposit will be fully refunded within 28 days of return provided that there are no damages or breakages at the property). Price includes air-conditioning. Cleaning costs of £45 are payable in addition to the villa booking payable on arrival at the villa.

Playa Golf is easily accessed from both Murcia (San Javier) and Alicante airports – Murcia airport is approximately a 20 minute drive away, with Alicante being around 50 minutes.
There are many flights available with EasyJet, Ryanair, Jet2 and BMI, and other airlines. Flight departures are from London Luton, Stansted, East Midlands, Manchester and Gatwick, along with many regional airports.

Nearest Airports: Murcia at 25 Kilometres. Torrevieja just 10 mins away. The local marina at Campoamor is a lovely place to relax. La Manga resort is approximately 45 minutes from the bungalow

The Campoamor / Playa Golf I area

Beautiful blue flag sandy beaches are at Campoamor, Cabo Roig, La Zenia all within a 5 minutes drive. Another 5 minutes drive further along the Orihuela coast and you will find fantastic scenery, coves and marinas for your enjoyment, not forgetting 320 sunny days per year.
