Two Luxury 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartments accommodating up to 6 persons in each property. Situated on the prestigious Campoamor Golf Resort and 2 mins from Villamartin and Las Ramblas golf courses. Several Blue Flag beaches are within 5 mins drive making this an excellent location for either family holiday or sporting/golfing holidays. Apartments are situated on the first floor in a new complex with lifts, communal swimming pool, away from traffic yet convenient for the new La Fuenta commercial centre which has shops, banks, cafes, bars and restaurants only 500 mtrs walk away.
The apartments benefit from hot and cold air conditioning and ceiling fans. The fully furnished lounge/dining room has a double sofa bed, and Z beds available for flexible sleeping arrangements, coffee table, satellite television, DVD players, dining tables and chairs. The American style kitchens are fully equipped with five ring hobs, cooker hoods over, microwaves, fridge freezers, kettle,toasters, irons, ironing boards. The washing machines are situated in the utility rooms. The fully equipped bathrooms have bath with shower over, w.c., bidet and wash basins with illuminated mirror the second bathrooms have shower, w.c., washbasin and illuminated mirrors. The master bedrooms have twin beds with individual bedside lights, cabinets and large fitted wardrobes. The second bedrooms have twin beds with bedside lights, cabinets and large fitted wardrobes. Security safes and alarms are also fitted for use of our guests. Sliding glass patio doors lead to the balconies with tables and chairs to enable dining and relaxation in the sun.
The Campoamor Resort offers additional sporting facilities ie tennis, indoor swimming pool and racquet ball. The Club House on site is open to the public and you can enjoy stunning views to La Manga from the terrace where you can enjoy reasonable priced food and drinks.

The Costa Blanca is famous for blue skies, beautiful white sandy beaches and superb sports facilities particularly golf. Torrevieja translated is "old or ancient tower" which is to be found on the north side of the town overlooking the sea. This is the area where the spanish people take their holidays and it is the healthiest place in the world according to the World Health Organisation. Two natural salt lakes are very beneficial for people with chest problems, arthritis, rheumatism etc. In Torrevieja you will find a lovely sea front with its popular palm walk, fun fair, harbour, marina, evening market and grand plaza with bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. Protected by mountain ranges the region enjoys a mild mediterranean climate with year round sunshine, low rainfall and moderate humidity. Winter temperatures are between 12 - 20 degs and summer between 30 - 35 degs. There are many safe sandy beaches in the area which meet EU standards - Cabo Roig, La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and the beautiful La Palmeral a sandy cove edged with tall palm trees, are all within a short drive south of Torrevieja. For those wishing to venture further afield the lively resort of Benidorm and the largest theme park in europe "Terra Mitica" lie approximately 90 mins drive north. The main tourist season is May-Sept, but winters are usually pleasantly warm and spring and autumn can be delightful.

La Manga Club is one hours drive south of the resort where professional sportsmen/women can be seen training ie England Football Team
Mar Menor mud spa resort is famous for its therapeutic health benefits and is 15mins drive away
Murcia is a traditional old spanish city and well worth a visit

Recently returned from our holiday in Campoamor. Had an excellent stay in this apartment, centrally located for supermarket, bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and well equipped, couldn't ask for more! The owners Bill and Marilyn were extremely friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend this apartment and intend to return! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! |

Clean, well situated accommodation with excellent, very quiet swimming pool. Plenty of bars, restaurants within walking distance. Opposite large supermarket. Car needed to get to beaches. |
