The living area provides a comfortable seating and open plan dining area with satellite TV; ideal to keep you up to date with all the sport, or relax in front of a movie when you want to escape from the sun. The landscaped swimming pool area is just 2 minutes walk away. The large wet edged pool is set in a safe, walled garden, surrounded by a grassed area for sunbathing. For those who prefer the beach, the apartment is close to many beautiful clean sandy beaches.

The Costa Calida/Murcia region
The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring the area both locally and further afield. It is 5 minutes drive from the main coast road and motorway that links Costa Blanca with Cartagena to the south and Benidorm to the north as well as the cultural and historical cities of Murcia and Elche. It is also ideally situated to venture further inland and up into the beautiful mountains to explore the many walks into the countryside.
For the ‘water babies’ there is a water park in Torrevieja and a large sports park with swimming pool at Playa Flamenca; both provide a great day out! An information pack and maps are located within the apartment to provide you with further assistance.
Local markets are held in the area on every day of the week and are well worth a visit, as well as the craft market held each evening in Torrevieja.
Campoamor area
The Orihuela Costa boasts miles of clean sandy beaches, coastal walks, secluded coves and a coastline dotted with marinas.The area is known for having the healthiest climate in Europe due to the local saltwater lagoons. Perfect all year climate ensures year round golf and family holidays in the sun.
Close to the apartment and beaches are many local shops, cafes, bars and restaurants to suit a diverse range of tastes. A few minutes drive further, there are larger supermarkets and shopping centres catering for all your needs.
This is a golfer’s paradise with three top class golf courses within a 3km radius. 5 minutes drive up the road there are two courses; Las Ramblas, with its famous water hazards and challenging landscape, and Campoamor, known for its long and wide fairways, lush greens and beautiful clubhouse. 10 minutes drive will bring you to the Villamartin course known as the ‘millionaire’s playground’ due to the many expensive houses surrounding it. Host to the Spanish Open championship in 2000, it is probably the best course on the Costa Blanca. Golf clubs and buggies are available for hire and proper dress code is required. Between them and the many other courses in the region they offer a challenge for players of every ability.

The living area and open plan dining area provide comfortable seating, TV with satellite, cable and digital radio channels, CD and DVD player.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer.
There are two, twin bedded bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes, and drawers; one with fitted safe. Also available is an extra guest bed suitable for families with three children. The spacious bathroom has a shower and bidet.
Further details outdoors: Outside, the added space of the large, safe, walled and gated garden, makes this apartment particularly suitable for families. The garden contains a private parking space; allowing for easy unloading of beach gear or golf clubs, no carrying up steps!
Outside furniture includes chairs and recliners, which can also be used as additional inside seating, table, loungers and a BBQ. These all allow for a relaxing afternoon in the sun. There is even an outdoor shower to keep you cool, or a BBQ to enjoy your meal bathed in the golden evening sunshine. There is also a large umbrella to protect you from the heat of the midday sun as you lunch into the afternoon!
The landscaped swimming pool area is just 2 minutes walk away. The large wet edged pool surrounded by a grassed area for sunbathing, is set in a garden, accessed through a locked gate. It has a shallower, adjoining children’s pool separated by stepping-stones.

All reservations require a non-refundable deposit of £100, plus a £100 security deposit, which is refundable, and will be returned as soon as possible after satisfactory inspection of apartment, and all keys are returned. There is a standard charge of 50 euros for cleaning and laundry. Change of linen mid-stay over two weeks free of charge.Settlement of Account is required four weeks prior to arrival date. Payment accepted in Cash, Bank Draft or Credit Transfer .
