About the home

*Spacious luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment, SOUTH FACING, so sunshine from lunchtime until sunset. Sleeps 4/6 with stunning views and partial seaview, and we are just 10 minutes drive from plenty of beautiful blue flag beaches too numerous to mention and new bus route just 10 mins to Campoamor Beach*

*FANTASTIC ''La Fuente' plaza just a 10 minute walk away with an abundance of fantastic restaurants and bars, including two Irish bars, numerous other bars and restaurants including a Pizza Restaurant, highly recommended, excellent food, a fantastic Spanish Restaurant and plenty of places to treat yourself to that good old English Breakfast at fantastic prices. Also a fantastic shop called 'Tigerfeet' which sells shoes, handbags ,costume jewellery and tops and dresses to die for at very affordable prices. Another beautiful and fascinating shop called 'Angels' which sells the most stunning jewellery at affordable prices, also mirrors, table lamps, handbags and much, much more**

*There is a large Mercadonna Supermarket and a couple of smaller supermarkets all within walking distance.*

* We also have the lovely plaza at Villamartin a five minute drive away with its palm trees, numerous bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. There are traditional and classy restaurants, indian and chinese as well to suit all.*

*If you like walking there is a beautiful walk just five minutes down the road by Las Ramblas Golf entrance, where you can walk for miles along by the river and see an abundance of wild birds. When you return from your walk why not sit on our large private balcony, have a chilled wine and listen to the birds singing, very tranquil*.

*There are cycles to hire for the more energetic at the local Spar supermarket, 5 mins walk away*

Communal pool 50 yds away with own personal fob key with private entry for surrounding apartments only, therefore never crowded. Very quiet setting with large pool and a smaller pool for the children (not heated). The two pools are surrounded by trees and grass . There are static umbrellas and plenty of sun loungers and the whole area is gated so very safe for the little ones, mum and dad can relax knowing the children are safe and secure.

Fabulous Golf Club House a two minute drive away where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine or beer and some very tasty tapas on the terrace, with stunning views of Mar Menor, or an a la carte meal in their beautiful restaurant.

NEW PLAZA recently opened, called La Fuente, a five minute stroll away consisting of, two Irish Pubs,a fantastic Pizza Restaurant, a new Spanish Restaurant, the Pantry, serving fantastic paella and the best fish and chips, Chinese Buffet Restaurant, Crystals Restaurant for that 'special anniversary', Fuegos and Viva la Vida wine bars and many more still to open. **Then walk home to our PEACEFUL and TRANQUIL apartment to finish off a perfect evening!

The Plaza at Villa Martin, a ten minute drive away, has some fabulous restaurants and bars in a beautiful setting with a fountain and palm trees with cockatiels.

Why not visit beautiful Torrevieja, it lies about 50 km south west of Alicante. (Just a fifteen minute drive). You can reach Torrevieja via the road N 332, a wonderful coastal road along the Costa Blanca. Surrounded by two large natural saltwater lagoons that form the well-known "Salterns of Torrevieja", which are considered to be the biggest in Europe and second in the world. There are many beautiful beaches, most of which are blue flag, as well as some wonderful historical monuments such as the "Modernist Casino" which dates from the begining of the century.

CAR NOT NECESSARY as once at apartment there is an excellent bus service to local beaches and elsewhere.
Airport pick ups can be arranged, these work out much cheaper than the local taxis at the airport, please enquire and we can also recommend some very reasonable car hire firms.

NEWLY OPENED LA FUENTE, just a walk away from our apartment, with Irish Bars, wonderful Pizza Restaurant, high recommended, several other wonderful and exciting bars, a super Deli shop, a shop called 'Angels' selling beautiful lights, vases, candles, fantastic unusual ornaments, and many more still to open.

There is a large MERCADONA supermarket 10 minutes walk away or a smaller one five minutes walk.

Views from the apartment were especially nice on a night looking out
over the lights and the wonderful golf course. The apartment was
spacious, clean and the master bedroom was lovely, leading on to the
balcony.
The pool was lovely and clean and in a great spot for sun bathing! The
children's pool was perfect for Amie as she's only seven and still
practicing swimming.
The beaches were beautiful, we found a quiet little bay at La Zenia and
it was perfect! The restaurants in and around were all reasonably priced
and the food was gorgeous.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your kind
