About the home
The house is air-conditioned throughout, allowing you to cool down after a hot day's sunbathing. Heating is also fully fitted for the winter months. The kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you need for a short or longer stay, including a washing machine for those sandy beach towels. The lounge area is spacious with separate dining and seating areas letting you kick back and enjoy a game of cards or read a book to some music. The sofa can be easily converted for sleeping for two people.
There is also a shower room on the ground floor beside the marble stairs that take you up to the second floor. Here you will find the master bedroom, with a patio terrace; the twin room and the main bathroom.
At the top of the house is the open solarium space, ideal for drinks before dinner or to gaze at the sunset or the beautiful starry night.
Just a couple of minutes stroll away you’ll find shops and cafes to stock up on all kinds of products, wine, fresh baked breakfast croissants and homemade paella. There are a number of very good restaurants catering for all tastes, and some quite bars for a few drinks.This tranquil location benefits from excellent transport links to the main cost road leading you North to Torrevieja or la Manga to the South.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The province of Murcia lies to the South East corner of Spain. Founded on the Segura River in the 9th Century by the Moors, the city of Murcia soon became an important trading centre. Today it is an agricultural and commercial centre, a delightful and truly Spanish town surrounded fertile fruit, olive and rice farming land. The coastline offers a wide variety of scenery from the shallow waters and flat landscapes of the Mar Menor to the secret coves and empty beaches around Mazarron. From a base here excursions are possible through undeveloped and little explored valleys, and superb mouintain scenery, to hill towns such as Jumilla and Mula. (AA Essential Guide)
The Campoamor / Playa Golf II area
There is much to do close by to the property. For shopping, Campoamor and surrounds have plenty of markets, catering for all tastes, from fresh produce and clothes, to household goods and presents for back home. For beach lovers there are several beaches close to the house, some are small bays while others are large stretches of sandy seafront with clean water for a refreshing swim. The Orihuela resort also offers beautiful surroundings for swimming or sun bathing and serves food and refreshments at reasonable prices. For the golf enthusiasts you will be amazed by the number and quality of the local clubs, even for the less enthusiastic the golf clubs offer a delightful place for coffee and lunch. There are many lovely walks to be taken on the coast or headland or to see the pink flamingoes on the salt flats. For those who want a more relaxing experience you should try the Thalassotherapy spa or the mud baths a short drive away. The nearest airport is Murcia, only 20 minutes drive from the house, Ryan Air fly to Murcia. Alternatively Monarch fly to Alicante which is a 45 minute drive away. Most of the main car hire companies are at the airports but please ask us about local companies who meet and greet and arrange car hire within same price,
