Country pool villa in Campanet by the Tramuntana’s hill. It’s located in Sant Miquel valley, near a XIII century church and the Campanet Caves. The house is 140 m2 with 4 double rooms, two bathrooms, an spacious kitchen, dining room and living room with a wood stove. The terrace is 90 m2 with very beautiful views and the swimming pool is 32 m2 (8x4 m) with absolute privacy. The property is 7.300 m2 with olive, carob and almond trees. There are some bycicle routes to Pollença, Selva, Inca, Mancor... Pollença and Alcúdia beaches are only to 15 minutes (18 kms).
In Campanet there is a supermarket and some food shops, a chemist, a public medical centre, a veterinary centre, a post office, a bakery and some cafes and restaurants. The nearest hospital is to 10 minutes, in Inca.

The beautiful Balearic Island Mallorca enjoys a wonderful Mediterranean climate of nice and hot summers and very mild winters. Spring and autumn are delightful with lovely sunshine.
Places of interest: Palma the capital city of Mallorca, Deia and Valldemossa with the Carthusian Monastery and Soller on the West coast, Alcudia, lighthouse of Formentor, Bahia de Muro on the East coast and many more fantastic towns and villages.
Campanet area
Located in the Raiguer district, Campanet conserves the traditional charm and priceless peace and quiet of Mallorca´s inland villages.
The municipality´s most mountainous terrain includes the foothills of the southern slopes of Mount Tomir, a summit which reaches 1103 metres high. The municipality´s central zone is made up of a series of hills on which the village of Campanet lies and the alluvial plain to the south.
The landscape features farmlands, holm oak and pine forests and the broad torrent of Sant Miquel, which crosses the municipality on the Tel plain. The caves of Campanet, with a surface area of over 3000 square metres, and Ses Fonts Ufanes, spectacular water springs which appear after heavy rains, deserve a visit.
Among the municipality´s main points of interest are the Gothic church of Sant Miquel, located on the Tel plain, and the restored well called En Gatell, which was built in the thirteenth century.
The farmsteads of Ullaró, Monnàber Vell and Gabellí Petit irrigation channel are elements of special ethnological interest.
The church in the village of Campanet, an interesting example of the Mallorcan Baroque period, and Sala Vella, the ancient seat of the Town Hall, built in the sixteenth century, are recommended visits, in addition to the country estate homes and inns.

There is a weekly market on Tuesday, at the Plaça Major square. Other interesting markets took place in Sineu (Wednesday), Inca (Thursday), sa Pobla and Pollença (Sunday).
Campanet’s Fair is on the second weekend of May and there are many art exhibitions, handicrafts and gastronomic products market, classical concerts and local cooking at the cafes.
Along the first week of July take place Sant Victorià celebration, with classical concerts, the Summer Carnival, art exhibitions, pop-rock concerts, children activities, photograph marathon and sport competitions.
Other interesting summer activities are Mallorca Jazz Festival sa Pobla (www.ajsapobla.net) and Pollença Classical Festival (www.festivalpollenca.org).

I wanted to write and let you know how much we enjoyed the stay at your villa.
The villa was spacious, very well equipped and really comfortable. The outdoor space and pool were excellent especially the views from the terrace and pool. The secluded location made it a very quiet and relaxing holiday enjoyed by all our party.

Many thanks for our stay in Can Llorenc. We really enjoyed ourselves and the villa was as good as we could have possibly hoped for. We have stayed in many villas in both Mallorca and Menorca and yours is the only one we would want to come back to. It was a wonderful holiday for us as a family.
We will be returning to the Balearic Islands next year so you may well be hearing from us again.
