There are two woodburning/multifuel stoves so you can be lovely and snug at all times of the year.

It has a superb location surrounded by its own pasture land with fa- reaching views over the Camel Valley and the beautiful Cornish countryside. The River Camel flows through the property's land. The location is ideal for those looking to walk, cycle, swim, surf or chill out and relax. There are wonderful walks direct from the cottage, as well as excellent walking and riding over the neighbouring Bodmin Moor. Superb sandy beaches are within easy reach and can be found all along the nearby coastline, Daymer Bay, Polzeath, Lundy Bay and Trebarwith Strand are a few offering a range of not only sand and surf but also rock pools, windsurfing, boating or canoeing. The historic fishing town of Port Isaac is 7 miles away with Tintagel and Boscastle even closer and Padstow a 30 minutes drive away. A luxurious and convenient base from which to discover all that this wonderful part of Cornwall has to offer. The cottage has the benefit of an extensive patio and large first floor balcony. Both face south west and enjoy lovely distant rural views with wonderful sunsets. You will be delighted to return to the cottage after an adventure filled day to sit on the balcony or patio and enjoy perfect peace and tranquillity (and maybe a glass of wine!) while you watch the sun set over the distant horizon. A lovely way to end yet another perfect day. Leisure facilities: those with a fishing licence are welcome to test their skill and luck in the stretch of the River Camel belonging to the property.
