The farm is a unique granite built 14th century medieval farmhouse complete with dry moat and turret, set in 20 acres of an area designated to be of outstanding beauty. The farmhouse and lovely barn conversions nestle into the countryside on the edge of beautiful Bodmin Moor and only 5 miles from the breathtaking Cornish coast. Enjoy the varied coastline which offers breathtaking cliff top walks, sheltered coves to explore, long sandy surfing beaches and traditional fishing villages like Port Isaac and Port Gaverne. There are attractions to suit all tastes which include Newquay Sea Life centre, King Arthur's Castle and Merlin's Cave at Tintagel, the Eden Project, Boscastle and cosmopolitan Padstow and Rock. Bodmin Moor is just 0.75 mile away with Brown Willy and Roughtor being a great attraction for walkers and riders alike. The local Camel Trail is close by and you can hire bikes from Wadebridge.

With stunning country views the cottages offer spacious and well-equipped accommodation, with a relaxing atmosphere, exposed beams and many original features. Leisure facilities: after a busy day of enjoying yourself why not take time out and unwind in the new Spa with sauna and hot tub, while gazing at the magnificent night sky. Barn available for storage of bikes and boats, facilities for washing down and drying wet suits as well as a selection of books and games. Stabling: for horses available. The kennel also has an outdoor run attached and can be seen from the properties. Dogs are not permitted inside the accommodation at any time. Regret no smoking. Additional info: each cottage has its own spring water supply, which is regularly tested and is excellent to drink. Location: pub and shop 2 miles, nearest beach 5 miles, excellent surfing beaches at Trebarwith and Polzeath. Arrival: 4pm.

Kitchen/diner: has sliding doors leading to the patio, well-equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: patio area within a large enclosed garden. Amenities: electric and stove heating included however an extra £20 supplement is requested October to May (inclusive), payable to owner. Should central heating be required outside of this inclusive period the supplement would be requested. Additional info: for guests who wish to book for 2 weeks or more, a £100 security deposit is required 1 week prior to arrival payable directly to owner.
