Overlooking West Hampstead's cricket ground and tennis courts, this 2 bedroom apartment is a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of city life. There is a modern open plan kitchen with granite worktops, breakfast bar, 5 burner cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Lounge area has a double sofabed and plasma tv. One bedroom has 2 single beds. 2nd bedroom has a double bed. A separate single folding bed is also available.

The apartment can be reached conveniently from all London airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, London City, Luton, or Stansted.

* From Gatwick, take the train to Bedford, change at Blackfriars for the Thameslink train which stops at West Hampstead Thameslink (4 minutes' walk to apartment).
* From Stansted take the National Express and ask to get off at Finchley Road - the apartment is only 3-4 minutes' walk from the stop.
* From Heathrow take the Piccadilly Line, change at Green Park for the Jubilee Line going north and get off at West Hampstead (5 minutes' walk to apartment).
* From Luton Airport, take shuttle bus to Luton Airport Parkway train station, take the train south which stops at West Hampstead Thameslink.
* From London City, take the DLR to Canning Town and change for the Jubilee line going north - get off at West Hampstead.

The Jubilee and Thameslink lines (zone 2) run via West Hampstead, as well as overline trains (Finchley & Frognal). These stations are a mere 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. Buses to the shops and theatres of the West End and central London are only 2-5 minutes walk away.

This recently renovated apartment has luxurious modern facilities, including two good sized bedrooms, open plan kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, and breakfast bar, lounge with tv and sofa bed, and a luxurious bathroom with bath, power shower, and shaving socket. Washer / dryer also included. Comfortably sleeps 4/5 people. Linen and hand towels included.

Entrance to the apartment is on the first floor of a well maintained block with its own private entry door. An external staircase leads to the entrance to the apartment. There are no lifts in the block.


Conditions

* Strictly no smoking in the apartment.
* Refundable breakages deposit of £200 is payable along with the rental, to be refunded within 10 days of departure subject to satisfactory property inspection.
* 25% of rental fee due eight weeks before commencement of stay to secure booking. Remaining balance of rental fee is due 4 weeks before start of rental.
* Payment will be refunded if booking is cancelled more than 4 weeks before rental start date, less a 10% administration charge. If cancellation is made less than 4 weeks but more than two weeks before start date, 25% of rental fee will be retained. If cancellation is made less than 2 weeks, and more than 1 week before start date, 50% of rental fee will be retained. No refund can be made for cancellations less than one week before start date.
* Apartment will be cleaned at the end of each stay. More frequent cleaning can be arranged at a rate of £40 per day.
* Check in must be before 8pm on day of arrival. Check out by 12 noon on day of departure.

1. A complementary bowl of fruit, and tea, coffee will be available for your arrival. Additional provisions can be purchased on request (for a small charge). Linen and hand towels are included.

2. Dedicated parking bay is available on request at a rate of £5 per day.

3. Wireless internet connection is available free of charge. Telephone calls however are chargeable.

4. The apartment will be cleaned at the end of each stay. More frequent cleaning can be arranged at a rate of £40 per day.

5. Pick up service from airport / train station can be arranged. Rates dependent on pick up location.

6. Please advise if you require any additional service on booking (e.g. car hire, mobile phone rental etc).

Payment may be made in sterling by cheque, bankers draft, bank transfer or cash. Payment by credit / debit card via Paypal is also possible - this will incur an additional charge of 4% of the total amount payable (to cover charge levied by Paypal). Payment may be made in Euros or US Dollars as well (via Paypal) - please enquire about rates in these currencies. Details supplied on confirmation of reservation. Reservation will be confirmed once payment has fully cleared.
