A brand new ground floor apartment in Fulbourn, a village 4 miles from Cambridge. It has wide doors suitable for wheelchair access. There is a car parking space. At the rear of the property there is a covered cycle rack.A childrens playground is three minute walk away although there is a patch or grass to the rear of our property. The whole apartment has amtico oak flooring. The sitting/dinng room has a corner leather sofa which can convert to a double sofa bed. There is a glass dining table and six chairs. There are two bedrooms each with a king bed which can convert to two 2'6" single beds. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite shower room and there is also a family bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and lots of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.
We also have St Vigors Short Term Let which is a 5 minute walk if you are a larger group.
