We aim to provide the highest level of serviced apartments to make your stay in Cambridge as pleasurable and relaxing as possible, whether it be for pleasure or business. We therefore make sure the apartments have the latest facilities in them for your use.
The serviced Cambridge apartment consists of a lounge and dining area, a double bedroom, hallway, kitchen and bathroom.
The bed linen is made from luxurious 300-thread-count cotton jacquard and feels wonderfully soft and has a lovely subtle sheen. We also use use a high tog duvet that is anti-allergy.
The Cambridge apartment is fully furnished with a real leather sofa and natural oak furniture (table, chairs, corner TV unit and lamp table) in the lounge. The serviced apartment also comes with a wireless telephone, free wireless broadband internet, DVD, and a widescreen HDTV with a full package of cable channels.
The bedroom in the apartment consists of a leather king size double bed with soft mattress, natural oak side table and chest of draws. There is a digital radio alarm clock to make sure you don’t miss any early appointments!
The kitchen in the Cambridge apartment is fully equipped with all the utensils required for self-catering, and includes a washing machine, gas hob and oven, dish washer and kettle amongst other items.
We supply a welcome pack to your serviced apartment which includes a selection of items for breakfast.

You can keep your car in an underground secure car park (requires a key pass to enter which is left in the apartment) which is located close to the apartment.

A. All notification of cancellation must be made in writing by post, fax or email.
b. If the Hirer cancels after 3pm hotel time, 7-days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be given.
c. If the Hirer has not paid the Rental Charge required to be paid under the terms of this agreement before
cancelling the booking (such as bounced cheques), then the sums which Eden Apartments is entitled to be
retained by the clauses above shall become immediately payable by the Hirer to Eden Apartments.
d. If the Hirer wishes to alter the dates of the Rental Period, Eden Apartments will use reasonable endeavour
to comply with the Hirer's request but cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so.
e. In the event of Eden Apartments being able to alter the booking, they shall be entitled to charge an
administration fee of 25 GBP per Apartment for the alterations.
f. An alteration by the Hirer of the Rental Period of the Apartment may be deemed as a cancellation and a rebooking at the discretion of Eden Apartments, and as such the Hirer may be liable for the cancellation fees
as detailed in the clauses above.

Cambridge has great atmospheric pubs, historic sites and festivals. The apartment is located a short walk from the historic city of Cambridge with old buildings, cathedrals, university buildings and the canal.
