Modern apartment on the seafront or Temple, 5 minutes from a Coruña and beaches. Beautiful area of more than 5 km walk, full of terraces overlooking the sea, parks and bike lane. Fully equipped for 4-5 persons with garage included.

Floor fully equipped with 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen with appliances, Cookware and a spacious living room, dining room with sofa chaise long extensible.

Located on the seafront in or tune village of more than 4 km ending at the santa cristina beach.

Neighborhood full of green areas and parks, with rail access to the dam of cecebre hiking route and bike.

5 minutes from a Coruña and its beaches or the surrounding area.

Surrounded of terraces and restaurants where enjoy of the best gastronomy Galician or cocktails of luxury.

With direct access from the ap-9 or the n - vi if you come by car. Connected to a Coruña by long-distance bus every 10 minutes, or by train less frequently.

Also you can travel directly from here to other cities via public transport.

NOTE regarding rates:-the base rates will have to add an expense of € 8 per person per day from 2 guests.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Iria (the owner) a message.

    If Iria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
