This cosy semi-detached property offers peace and tranquillity yet is perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall with its sandy beaches and sheltered coves.

Within 3 miles of the popular St Ives Bay, the golden sands of Hayle, Godrevy and Gwithian provide 4 miles of glorious beaches, ideal for bathing and surfing. On the other side of the bay, the scenic harbour town of St Ives has a host of galleries, including the Tate and many good pubs and restaurants. Short drives will take you to the south coast where you can visit the town of Penzance, with its long sandy beach at Marazion, St Michaels Mount and the fishing villages of Newlyn and Mousehole, with spectacular scenery to enjoy on your way. For the family, there is a Wildlife Sanctuary situated in Hayle, Flambards Theme Park at Helston, The Minack Theatre at Porthcurno and the National Seal Sanctuary at Gweek, as well as several National Trust properties and gardens. In the evenings you can relax in the garden or visit one of the many local pubs serving good food. Quiet footpaths and bridleways, accessible direct from the property make it ideal for dog walkers.
