White Sand is an attractive, traditional, ‘New England’ style development just a few minutes walk from the dunes. White Sands holiday cottages are a collection of four 2-bedroom terraced cottages which face the marshes, they have small manageable gardens and lovely views and each has its own parking bay. The communal gardens are serviced and maintained and the whole development has a holiday feel about it.

Camber is situated 3 miles from the cinque port of Rye, The local south east region has many historical places of interest including Battle, Dover and Canterbury to name just a few.

Camber area

Camber is renowned for its beautiful beach and back drop of sand dunes which have been used for scenes in many films and magazine photo-shoots. This two and a half mile stretch of golden sands was voted number 9 of the 100 Best Beaches in the World by The Sunday Times Travel Magazine.
The village itself lies along a protected coastline between the towns of Lydd and historical Rye. Because of its unique setting local amenities are centred around beach life, country walks and water sports such as kite and windsurfing. These types of activities can be learned at local centres. There are local golf courses as well as Lydd airport which offers a number of fly/dine and day trips.
The beautiful cinque port of Rye is only a couple miles away offering wonderful views of the surrounding countryside as well as quaint tea rooms and restaurants and a host of antique, bric a brac, book shops and art galleries.

The weather boarded cottage is entered through the front door into a hallway ideal for hanging coats. This leads to the sitting room with oak wood laminate floor which is open plan to the kitchen and stairs.
The kitchen is well appointed and includes electric oven and hob with extractor fan. The kitchen units also have integrated dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The utility room is accessed from the sitting room and leads through to both the garden and a cloakroom. The stairs lead from the sitting room to the first floor where the main bedroom has a built in wardrobe and both bedrooms enjoy lovely views across the marshes. The bedrooms and stairs have beige carpets and the modern family bathroom is fully tiled with shower over the bath.

The exterior garden and decked patio is small but ideal to relax in with views across the marshes.
