It' s a beautiful place, a wonderful base for sightseeing, hiking, mountaineering, hourse riding. The location is really wonderful for visiting Western and central Tuscany towns: Pisa, Florence, Pistoia, Lucca, Carrara are within an hour, Viareggio, where is the beach, is 15 minutes, and the countryside and mountains are spectacular. You'll have your privacy, all the facilities are only for the guest. Nearby there are supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes drive There is a large parking and a very nice garden.

Camaiore / Versilian Area
This splendid territory placed to north of the Tuscany to the border with the Liguria is delimited from the lago of Massaciuccoli to south, tightened to east from the Alps named Apuane and to the west from the Tyrrhenian Mar. The territory of the Versilia extends on an area of approximately 160 Kmq . From the administrative point of view it makes part of the province of Lucca and comprises towns of Camaiore, Forte dei Marmi, Massarosa, Pietrasanta, Seravezza, Stazzema and Viareggio. In Versilia the attractions are always concentrated all that a tourist zone demands: the beautiful sea, with amusement for the people of every age; the Alps Apuane with its summits, high until 1800 meters, infinite goal of excursions and scalings, where the evocative small villages remember the passed time, at last the Massaciuccoli lake, goal of ornithological observations. The territory offers the possibility to the long stay all the year, thanks to a mild climate and the numerous occasions of amusement for the free time. Thanks to the optimal position you can have the best holidays you want: beach holiday, cultural and sighseeing holidays,family holidays, hiking holidays or relaxing and romantic holidays Do not forget that thp reach the most important cities of art (Lucca, Pisa, Florence) it takes very short time and the beautigul "Le cinque terre" about 1 hour far from Camaiore.
How to get there
Only 40 minutes from Pisa airport (Ryanair, BA, and major carriers), 50 minutes from Florence airport, with excellent connections to major European cities. Also accessible from Milan (3.5hr). Car hire at all airports (e.g. Europcar, Budget, Hertz, Avis) with easy pick up and drop off at airport. - 15 mins easy access to house from A11/12 Viareggio Nord motorway exit (9 km from the villa)

Further details indoors: The house has two floors: on the ground floor there is a living room with armchairs and sofa, TV (satellite), a large double bedroom with bathroom and another WC.
Also on the ground floor is a large kitchen, which is fitted out with stone counters and cabinet, a traditional barbecue, a large table for meals, dishwasher, microwave and all the things are necessary. The kitchen and the living room open on to the large paved solariun, with outdoor furniture, a stone oven, and really spectacular views over Camaiore hills and mountains.
On the first floor there are three bedroom, one with two beds (one of them on a mezzanine floor) and another one with one single bed and a double bed on mezzanine floor. The third bedroom is a double bedroom All the bedroom have the TV (local reception)
There is a large parking and a very nice garden.
Conditions
A well-behaved dog is allowed. To book you shoul send 20% of rental amount. The deposit cannot be refunded but I can change the reservation in another available period.
Refundable breakages deposit of 200 euros required on arrival, to be refunded the day of depart.
Bed linen and towels are included in rental price, instead gas and electricity costs are calculated by use.

We had a fantastic time - the house is just wonderful with plenty of room for our two families, a lovely garden and great facilities - simply everything you need for a happy holiday.
