"Los Almendros" is a newly refurbished executive three bedroom property sleeping up to 8/9 people occupying the ground floor of a large Calpe Villa in the Los Almendros district of the coastal town. The villa is in a near perfect location as it is close to hypermarkets and only a 10 minute walk to the main Levante Beach. Extra features include Freeview TV, air conditioning and exclusive use of the 12 metre x 6 metre swimming pool and magnificent Calpe Rock and seaviews!!

"Los Almendros" is a fabulous offering in a tranquil setting and all the fixtures and fittings are brand new with mosaic tile bathroom and shower walls privacy glass blocks, the latest appliances plus breakfast bar and indoor and outdoor dining giving the whole space a ultra modern and contemporary feel.

The accommodation sleeps 8/9 and includes 3 main bedrooms, one double with en suite walk in shower room plus double sinks, a further double bedroom with single bed and additional underbed and a final double bedroom in between 3 piece bathroom suite with both bath and private shower. There is also a sofa bed. All rooms lead to the open plan main living area which boasts lounge with Freeview Satellite TV, DVD, Video and stereo sound system.

The dining area, breakfast bar and modern kitchen with Whirpool dishwasher and Bosch oven provide a high quality finish. There is hot and cold air conditioning throughout making this an excellent family choice holiday.

Outside, the villa boasts a beautiful 12m x 6m length swimming pool on the raised area with outside shower, roman steps and underwater lighting plus spectacular sea and Penon de Ifach views over Calpe. There is a gas BBQ for 'al fresco' dining along with outdoor kitchen and patio furniture. Whether it's sunbathing by the pool or staying cool in the shade a number of sun awnings are provided also.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

The Costa Blanca extends along that section of the Mediterranean coast which corresponds to the province of Alicante, is made up of two clearly differentiated scenic sectors. The Old Town is beginning to attract more and more visitors because it is becoming a very interesting part of the town. There are Museums, picturesque little streets and squares and many bars and restaurants, most of them with a lively terrace, an ideal place to spend a pleasant summer evening. Calpe will surprise you with its daring contrasts, where modern buildings and wide avenues harmonize with an ancient fishing village, where locals are proud of their past, yet welcome tourists and visitors with warm hearted hospitality.

Calpe's most famous landmark is the Penon Rock and with it's long sandy beaches, bustling port, long promenades, open air markets, abundance of shops, eateries and main high street 'Gabriel Miro' makes Calpe a wonderful holiday experience and destination.
