About the home

Well-situated private south facing villa with sea views in a residential area. Accommodates a maximum of 8 people in 3 bedrooms however if your party is smaller we can also accommodate you. The villa has one bathroom and separate toilet, lounge, and separate kitchen and a very sunny “naya”.

The villa is detached and stands in its own secluded garden with ample terrace and private pool. Private drive with parking area. The villa has been newly redecorated and new furniture.

Lounge
Comfortable large lounge three-piece suite coffee table, T.V. Video, DVD and Music centre. The villa is equipped with a book and video library. The lounge leads out on to the enclosed conservatory “naya” which over looks the Peñon.

Naya
Enclosed glass room which has tables and chairs and which enjoys nice views.

Pool
New Private pool 8 metres by 4 metres.
Ample sunny terraces equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs for your comfort.
Near to the pool is a covered BBQ area fully tiled with chimney, sink and fridge to Keep all your cold drinks for around the pool.

Special notes
During the high season bookings should be from Saturday to Saturday. For long out of season lets please consult us about special prices. On booking your holiday we require 1/3 Deposit of the total. Six weeks before your holiday begins we require the balance to be paid in full. A £100 security deposit is required which is to go towards any major damage done to the properties or contents. The deposit is 100% refundable once we check the property. The rental period normally commences a 4pm on arrival and finishes 10 am on departure day. You may be able to stay longer or arrive earlier, please consult us should you wish to.

Activities in the harbour (Port) Climbing up the Rock of Ifach, dropping in at the Nature Study Centre and contemplating the magnificent panoramic views. Sailing round the bay of Calpe, skirting the Rock of Ifach on board a pleasure craft in the summer season. Visiting the Yacht Club and its facilities, where one can learn different sports such as sailing, rowing, etc.
Walking around the Rock of Ifach beside the sea along the "Prince of Asturias" promenade .Enjoying a swim or scuba diving in the nearby coves of "Cantal Roig" or El Raco". Savouring the delicious specialities of the bay of Calpe -fish and seafood-, in the different restaurants.

Things to do when in Calpe

You can chose between the sea and the mountain. In the fishing port you will find the installations of the, Nautical Club of Calpe and also outstanding are the marinas of Puerto Blanco and les Bassetes. Where you can try underwater sports, windsurfing, water skiing, swimming and sailing in general and you can also attend the courses that are given at different schools. Climbing, walking, trekking, Para pending, bungee jumping are just a few or the activities that you can do on the near by mountains

For those who just want to take it easy

A walk through the old-town with typical streets of a seaboard town and paintings in
fresco, a visit to the museum fester, the , archaeological museum, the museum of collections and the town's squares and finally climb the hill to the chapel of

San Salvador. Climb up the Penon de Ifach in order to contemplate the splendid panoramic view and a walk along the ecological promenade Principe de Asturias that borders on the sea, In the afternoons watch the arrival of the fishing boats and the auctioning of the fish afterwards from the lookout of the commodity exchange
