Home description
The apartment is ideally situated for the beautiful blue flag beaches, and also is only a 2 minutes walk to the fishing harbour or 15 minutes to the centre of Calpe. There are beautiful views from the balcony of the sea and Ifach rock walk, making it the perfect place to sit and relax with a drink in the evening enjoying the warmth. Alternatively you can take the short walk to the marina and enjoy a boat trip along the coast or stop at one of the many enticing restaurants or bars.
Visitors can sunbathe on the sandy beaches or enjoy the shared swimming pool. There are markets during the week to visit, with a food market on Saturday and flea market on Wednesday.

Calpe is situated in the the northern region of the Costa Blanca (White Coast). With its winding coastline boasting beautiful clear blue waters, coves and sandy beaches the Costa Blanca is one of the most idyllic holiday destinations. Against the backdrop of the wonderful mountains are historic fishing villages and towns where you always enjoy a warm welcome, or you can drive through the landscape admiring the waterfalls and orange & olive groves in the valleys.
Calpe / Calpe Port area
Calpe is dominated by the awe-inspiring rock knowns as the Penon de Ifach. You can admire its grandeur from some of the beautiful beaches along the sunny coastline, or alternatively enjoy the excellent swimming and surfing possibilities. For a quieter day you can visit the two churches, museum or sample some of the local cuisine in one of the town's restaurants.

Fly to Alicante Airport: Cheap flights available from Easyjet, Monarch.co.uk & BA.com.
There are numerous car hire companies to choose from. The E15 motorway toll is approximately 4.20 euros. To drive to the property take the main road through Calpe town to the port up to the roundabout with the police station on, turn right and take the first exit on the next roundabout. There are also taxis available from the airport (approx 75 euros), or shuttle buses to/from the airport.

Usual changeover day is Saturday (check-in-time 16.00hrs Check-out 10.00hrs). Beach towels are not provided. Towels in the apartment are for the bathroom only.
Prices are per week+ a £100.00 refundable deposit for breakages - returned to you (subject to satisfactory property inspection by Pat) by Cheque. A 25% deposit is required to reserve the apartment, with the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday commences. Full booking conditions are provided on application.
