Our Villa is located just 1 kilometre from the wonderful beaches Calpe has to offer. One of 16 Luxury Villas in an exclusive new development only completed summer 2008. Quiet and peaceful location, yet only minutes away from all amenities, supermarkets, beaches, shops, markets and excellent selection of bars and restaurants.
The Villa benefits from its own private pool and garden area, with larger communal pool. Leading from the living room is a spacious terrace area furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. One double with en suite and own terrace area upstairs, and two further twin single bedrooms downstairs. Payment options - Bank Cheque / Bank Transfer 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the outstanding balance due 8 weeks prior to your departure.
Security deposit is also required of £100 to cover any breakages, lost keys, damage to the property, the deposit is refundable when our maid service confirms nothing significant.
