The villa is peacefully located in a most beautiful area of Spain just outside of Calpe with its bustling markets ,shops and restaurants but within walking distance of the lovely but small La Fustera beach with its coastal paths to explore and is ideal for families wishing to be close to all amenities but having the option of a relaxing away from it all holiday. Minutes from local shops . The villa also has its own private pool and is set in beautiful gardens with several seating areas for al fresco dining.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca has much to offer the visitor. Whether its active pursuits of mountaineering, cycling, walking, horse riding or city shopping. One of Europes largest theme parks Terra Mitica and AquaLandia park are located near Benidorm. The climate and air quality is judged by the World Health Organisation as being one of the best in the world and a trip into the mountains is definitely worthwhile.
Calpe / La Fustera area
La Fustera has restaurants and shopping locally and wonderful views across the bays and mountains.A coastal path can be taken all the way into Calpe. It is ideally located as a base for futher exploration of the area. During August La Fustera beach has a firework display for the fiesta.
Calpe offers shopping, great seafood restaurants some of which are located in the fishing port where you can choose your own fish to eat. A superb marina for sailing and a particulary good PADI diving school which caters for all ages.
For those who enjoy walking The Calpe Rock "Penon Ifach" has stunning views from the summit.
The annual fiesta takes place around the 22nd October where the locals enact the battles between the Moors and the Christians. Truly a spectacle to see with the music and horses

Only one hour's drive from Alicante airport. The owners use car hire company www.victoriacars.com as their office is located in the car park directly opposite arrivals at Alicante. The owners can email the simple direct ions to the villa.
