Home description

The villa is for a big party or for three families, as it has 3 separate apartments for the privacy of the customers, and the 2 large terraces with the built in BBQ invite to sit together and dine al fresco under the palm trees.

Sunbeds, table and chairs for 14 persons in the lower terrace, and an outside living room in the upper terrace, with sofa and armchairs to enjoy the sea view.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Due to its strategic location its territory has been invaded by many civilizations, all along the history. At the base of Peñon de Ifach have been found discoveries of the Hiberic Age. The roman founded in the plane a prosperous colony devoted to the commerce of salted fish. During the middle age the people were scattered in hamlets.

Christians and Muslims were living peacefully, suffering the constant attacks of the pirates during the XIV to XVII century. Once the pirates' threat was removed, Calpe begun, during the XVIII century, a slow resurgence which consolidated in the XIX century, and put the grounds of its prosperity, turning it into a focus of national and international tourist attraction.

Calpe / Basetes area

Calpe has a large program of performances for the leisure time. The cultural programs contains arts exhibitions, plays, musical performances, movies, discos and pubs on the beach.

How to get there

Calpe is closer to the Alicante Airport as to Valencia-Manises airport.

There is a bus directly from the Alicante Airport to Calpe Bus station, that runs 4 times a day run by ALSA co. From the bus station there is a local bus to Basetes, or Taxis for 10€. The house is at 4 km. from the bus station.

We are in contact with Centauro Rent Car to let to have a cart from the airport (Alicante, Murcia and Valencia), with no surcharge on the price.

The local ferry to Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca and Minorca goes from Denia, at 25km from the house. A very close freeway leads to Denia Port from Benissa (8Km from the villa).

The house is for summer and for wintertime, as the central heating makes it nice and warm.
Internet access is available for the price of 30€ per week, like cot and high chairs for the same price.
3 interior living rooms with 3 televisions with satellite enable children to have their own place and own TV programs.
3 Kitchens fully equipped with washing machine,dishwasher, fridge-freezer, gas cooker, microwave, toaster, etc. pots and pans , plates glasses, and cutlery.

Further details outdoors:
All fenced property with interior parking for 5 cars. in the swimming pool area there is the exterior shower, and the BBQ.All the terrace around the swimming pool is lighted to swim or to dine during the night.

Welcome package can be provided at the arrival on request. Customers can make their own list for the wellcome package. Price of the list ordered +20€ for the service.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of 600€ required on arrival with Credit Card, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Payment: 40% of the price at the booking confirmation - 60% 1 month before the beginning of the stay..
If booked within 30 days from the beginning of the stay the price must be paid in full.
We accept Credit Card payments, money transfer, NO CHEQUES.
Bed linene and Towels, final cleaning, pool maintenance, electricity and gas included in price. Water supply included until 20Cubic meter per week, central heating is charged 150€ per week.
