About the home

Our first floor apartment is one of the biggest in Residential Club Nautico *****. The building is situated at the foot of the famous Penon d'ifach in the port area. Considered one of the best views in Calpe, overlooking the marina, port, beaches and mountains. Enjoy the picture postcard view. There is always something to see. For instance, the departure of the fishing boats or when that is to early in the morning you can see them come back from work.
The moment you enter the comfortly furnished apartment it feels like home.There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 separate beds. There is also a sofa bed so the apartment can accommodate 6 people. There are two full sized bathrooms. The very spacious lounche with an american style kitchenlooks out on to one of the best balconies in club nautico, with its size of 12 mtr wide and 4.5 mtr deep. There is plenty of roomto enjoy the outdoor lifestyle among the plants and flowers. Wach the sunset over the mountains. It's a very relaxing place to be.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Spain is the most popular holiday destination for people from all over europe. One of the best regions is The Costa Blanca. White Coast, but not named after the beaches but after the white almond blossom in springtime. The Costa Blanca is the area between Denia and Torrevieja. Today the people not only choose the beach but intresting places and things to do are also important in making a decision.

Intresting Cities are: Alicante, the main city of the Costa Blanca. A nice place for shopping and walking around the famous Esplanada de espana, the boulevard. You get a nice view of the area from the top of the hill from the castle De Santa Barbara.

Benidorm: can be reached by boat from the port outside our door or by car, 30 minutes. This holiday resort is worth a visit especially with children as it offers the famous Terra Mitica theme park, Mundomar marine park and Aqualandia water park en the zoo Terra Natura.

Elche famous for its palmtrees.

Guadalest, a village at the top of a rock. Visiting is a must. Other nice places are : Javea, Altea and Moiraira.

The climate in costa blanca is one of the healtiest in the world. Not only a reason for a holiday, but very important for people who want to live here.

The Calpe / Calpe Port area

Our opinion about Calpe:

Calpe Itself is an ancient fishing village , dominated by a rocky outcrop, The Penon d' Ifach splits the coastline of Calpe in two. This 332 mtr hich rock is a symbol of Calpe and is declared a nature reserve parc. If you wish you can clim to the top via a foothpath. You have an extraordinary view.

Calpe is an attractive place for holidays as well for living there. In summer as well as in winter there are always people and a lot of things to do. Ok , In summertime it's fiesta time all over Calpe. Not as busy as Benidorm so Calpe keeps his charm. When you have been once , the next time when you come it feels like coming home. And that is not only our opinion but the opinion of a lot of people.

It's difficult to make a story of what's going on in Calpe and a visit to the tourist information will give you a lot of things to do. example climbing the Penon, visit the old town, fiestas etc.

Calpe is worth a visit.

How do I come in Calpe?
The quickest way is by airplane to Alicante Airport. Then you have the choices of : arranging a pick up, a taxi or rent a car. The best thing you can do is renting a car maybe a little bit more expensive then a taxi , but you can use it your whole holiday. If you book our apartment we can help you to arrange your wishes.

“Absolutely Perfect Holiday Location” The apartment is perfectly located in the most beautiful setting overlooking the fishing port but far enough away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the daytime and nightitme activities. An easy walk to Levante beach for the day time and not too far to walk into the main town of Calpe and back each evening. The apartment itself has plenty of space, is modern, clean and has all the amenities we could wish for including free covered parking. Han, the owner, was helpful and very friendly. “A spacious, well equipped apartment, with fantastic views” We loved everthing about the apartment, the spaciousness, the location, the equipment, the privacy and the security, which made our week stay even more enjoyable. One of the best areas is the large balcony which overlooks the marina where you could relax and watch the world go by. There is a small beech about 5 minutes walk away, the other larger beeches take about 10 minutes to walk to. It takes approx 15-20 minute walk into the main town of Calpe along the esplande. “Perfect” We could not fault this apartment. The view from the balcony had a wow factor, we spent most of our time on it. The apartment itself was spacious, modern and well equipped. Having free wi-fi was a welcome bonus for the kids. The apartment is situated in the quiet part of Calpe but is in walking distance to great restaurants, beaches and the Penond'Ifach. The swimming pool was a decent size, but if you have younger children it is very deep (even the shallow part). The only disadvantages were that you did not get the sun on the swimming pool till after midday and on the balcony till mid afternoon. Overall we had an enjoyable stay, the apartment was perfect for us. Also the owner Hans was very helpful. Response: Yes our terrace is the most important area of our apartment. We always say that the view is like a living postcard, not only the view but there is always something going on. Thanks for your nice review.
