This stunning refurbished villa was only completed in July 2008 and is fitted to a very high standard. All the finishes are of the highest quality and they include new bathrooms, kitchen and a hardwood pool side area. The open plan layout allows the guests to enjoy their stay in a modern and relaxing environment. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and the villa has underfloor heating for the cooler months. l. A stunning roof terrace with a shaded pergola provides the perfect space in which to enjoy the dramatic sea views.
Local amenities, 5 minutes away, include a well stocked supermarket, restaurants and a bank. The beach is a short walk from the villa and is situated in a pretty cove.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Costa Blanca offers virtually all year round sunshine and remains one of the most scenic areas of Spain. The local green countryside offers shady pine woods, citrus groves and mountain scenery making for a relaxing holiday.
About 5 minutes away is the famous spectacular Calpe rock rising 332 m high dividing the long sandy beach into two and if you feel energetic it is possible to walk up it. Calpe old town with its cobbled streets, churches and excellent restaurants make it well worth a trip. During your stay you are likely to sample a fiesta or two accompanied by firework displays- any excuse for a celebration!
Calpe / La Fustera area
The local beach is a short walk away and situated in a pretty cove. Calpe Beach is about 15 minutes by car and is larger and offers a variety of water sports. Timon- a local restaurant close by also offers water sports and has a restaurant at the water’s edge.
Moraria is approximately 30 minutes away by car- originally a small fishing village it now boasts a marina, an excellent beach and a good selection of bars and restaurants together with a lively Friday market. The Spanish love their fiestas and there is usually a spectacular firework display on offer.
How to get there
The nearest airport is Alicante (60km) and is well served with a variety of airlines such as Easy Jet, Monarch or British Airways.
Car hire is recommended and the villa can be reached in just over an hour. You will need some euros for the toll road. Directions will be given to you before you depart.
