An ideal location and apartment for a family or an activity holiday. A lovely apartment built in the beautiful urbanisation of 'La Manzanera' with a large 'all day sun' communal swimming pool. The apartment comprises two air conditioned bedrooms (one en suite), two bathrooms, a spacious lounge and dining room (with sofa bed) and a well equipped American kitchen. There is a covered parking space directly below the back door of the apartment. The sea is 100 metres away and the lively town of Calpe, with its many bars, restaurants and shops, is less than 10 minutes away.

Calpe is a large, but traditional Spanish town that boasts many excellent shops, beaches, restaurants and bars. The Penon de Ifach is now a nature reserve with salt flats, unique vegetation, flamingos and a migrant bird population. The peak of the rock can be reached up a zigzagging track, which overlooks the working fish port and yacht harbour. Calpe also boasts two blue flag beaches, which offer extensive water sports facilities in high season. As well as the modern town, Calpe has a typically Spanish old town, which offers an excellent range of traditional bars and restaurants. There are many surrounding towns within an hours drive, all well worth a visit - Moraira, Altea, Javea and Benissa are a must - as is the beautifully preserved medieval village of Guadalest up in the mountains. Whether you want a quiet holiday or a fun-packed one there is something for everyone in and around Calpe.

Whether you want a quiet holiday or a fun-packed one there is something for everyone in and around Calpe - the Disney Style Terra Mitica theme park at Benidorm (just 30 minutes away by car), Aqualandia Water Park, and the Mundomar Exotic Animal and Marine Park. There are Safari Parks at Aitana and Vergel, Waterfalls at Bolulla, Caves at Benidoleig and Canalobre. For superb international shows with dinner the renowned Benidorm Palace and the Casino Mediterráneo at Villajoyosa are not to be missed.

Calpe has a wealth of restaurants to satisfy tastes of all nationalities. With its fishing port, sea-food is extremely popular. All along the coastal road towards Moraira there are plenty of places to stop, eat and enjoy the view, whatever your tastes.
Golfing Information
There are 8 excellent courses in a radius of half an hour from the villa & many more in an 1 hour radius. There is a selection of both 9 & 18 hole courses nearby ranging from the wide fairways of Javea to the narrow fairways of Benissa Ifach to the natural relief of Altea Don Cayo. Further afield you have the challenging championship courses at the Olazabal designed La Sella, the Ballesteros designed course at Oliva Nova and Alicante Bonalba in the mountains in Muchamel.
