Located on the outskirts of the town in the heart of the 'bread basket' of Spain. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 20 minites from the vibrant night life of Benidorm! Calpe boasts a large variety of restaurants and bars and miles of relaxing beaches.

The villa has a shared pool with a shallow end perfect for the children and a large sunbathing area. It is built over 3 levels, including an open plan lounge / diner and fully equipped kitchen leading onto a spacious patio and private garden.

The roof terrace, with its glorious sea and mountain views is perfect for al fresco dining.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Costa Blanca is renowned for its stunning beaches and fantastic weather. It offers many different types of places to visit which in turn creates many different types of holiday.

In-land, many unspoilt villages and towns can be explored. Alternatively, all along the coastline there are quaint fishing villages and miles of beautiful sun filled beaches.

Costa Blanca boasts fantastic weather all year round and provides a breathtaking scenery of citrus, almond and olive groves.

Calpe / Casa Nova area

Calpe is in the Northern Costa Blanca, which is where the mountains meet the sea. Once a small fishing town, it is now a busy town with a lot to offer visitors, such as many bars and clubs and a famous rock called the 'Penon de Ifach' which rises from the sea and provides great tourism.

Calpe has two glorious sandy beaches on either side of it, which provide many facilities and entertainments.
Calpe also has two 15th century churches which are definitely worth visiting, a museum and some ancient Roman ruins to keep you occupied if you fancy a break from the beach.

How to get there

Nearest airport - Alicante ( 45 minutes). Most budget airlines fly here. We mostly use BMI Baby or Flybe out of Birmingham.

There is a bus link from Alicante airport to Calpe ( approximately 10 E) and all major hire car companies operate from the airport.
