This stunning modern Spanish 3 bedroom Villa is situated in La Fustera just a few kms from the town of Calpe and Moraira. It is in the perfect position for those who would like to have a get-away-from-it-all holiday relaxing on the beautiful terrace, taking a dip in the pool while the BBQ is sizzling away! Equally the Villa is close to the bustling resort of Calpe with its many shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars along its beaches which are busy by day and night, ideal for the young and the young at heart. The villa is very tastefully furnished throughout - with air conditioning ensuring maximum comfort during those hot summer evenings and heat providing any necessary extra heat duriing the cooler winter months. The accommodation, which is all on one level, is an open plan layout with modern well equipped kitchen and granite work surfaces. The lounge and first bedroom overlook the pool. There are two double bedrooms with king sized beds and one with an ensuite bathroom and a third twin bedroom, plus a family bathroom.

On the sun terraces around the south facing private pool (which enjoys all day sun) there are 6 luxury sun loungers plus a patio table and chairs at the side of villa. There is also a gas barbeque - a perfect outside dining experience !

Costa Blanca offers mile after mile of beautiful beaches and virtually year-round sunshine making it one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe. Despite this, the Costa Blanca remains one of the most scenic areas of Spain where unspoilt fishing villages and historic towns lie between miles of white sandy beaches. Our villa is situated in the centre of the region on a spectacular part of the coast where pine forests and olive groves meet the stunning blues of the Mediterranean.

The region offers a wide range of water sports as well as horse riding and a selection of superb golf courses. Calpe, the nearest town to La Fustera, is a small yet bustling resort that has retained much of its charm and centres around a harbour with beaches on either side of the impressive Penon D'Ifach, an enormous rock that rises from the sea and can be seen from miles around.The Costa Blanca (White Coast) is now one of the most cosmopolitan areas in Europe, having a coastline of over 200 kms and made up of some of the finest beaches on the Mediterranean. Many of these beaches, including the ones in Calpe and Moraira, enjoy a "blue flag' status - the highest award that can be given within the EU. However, just a short dive inland and you'll find hillsides covered with terraced vineyards and lush-green citrus orchards, a legacy of the agricultural traditions of the area, and dotted with charming villages full of narrow streets and flower-filled squares.

The Costa Blanca region of Spain also has one of the best climates in the world as defined by the UN's world Health Organisation. Enjoying on average over 300 days of sunshine a year, summer temperatures rarely fall below 30C whilst winters are typically very mild with average temperatures around 18C.

Clues to the region's history are very evident as you explore its villages,towns and cities. Place names have their Arabic roots but it's the architecture which is most striking. Ancient villages were built on hilltops and always featured winding streets to aid defense against marauders. GUADALEST is a fortress village that dates back to the middle ages, perched at over 1500m on a mountain peak about 25 kms inland from Benidorm, it is still only accessible via a tunnel passing through 15m of solid rock.

The inland areas of the Northern Costa Blanca are considered by many to be some of the most beautiful parts of rural Spain. Drive inland and 20 minutes from Calpe and you will come to the JALON VALLEY which is an excellent example of this type of countryside with its natural beauty, vegetation and stunning mountain backdrops The whole area i particularly attractive with olive and orange groves, vineyards and, early in the year, the wonderful scent of almond blossom.

For those seeking a more cosmopolitan experience, VALENCIA is about 1 hour's drive to the north. This is Spain's third largest city and offers superb modern shopping facilities as well as a wonderful, traditional fresh meat, fruit and vegetable market. Drive about 40 minutes to the south and you'll find BENIDORM with its unrivaled nightlife. However, other attractions at Benidorm include Mundo Mar Marine and Exotic Animals. The park is home to a wide range of creatures living in simulated natural environment with one of the highlights of the day being the amazing dolphin show. Next to Mundo Mar Marine is Aqualandia, which features a multitude of water entertainments. Finally there's TERRA MITICA, the spectacular theme park will transport you back to the Greek and Roman eras and has one of the biggest roller coasters in Europe.

Calpe

La Fustera lies on the coast road between Calpe and Moraira. The area has its own beach (there are lots of small coves on this part of the coast that you can walk or drive to) together with an excellent supermarket where you can get everything you need,also bars and restaurants close by.

Calpe is a large, but traditional , Spanish town that boasts many excellent shops, beaches, restaurants and bars. The Penon de Ifach is now a nature reserve with the salt flats, unique vegetation, flamingos and migrant bird population. The peak of the rock can be reached up a zigzagg track, which overlooks the working fish port and yacht harbour.

Calpe also boasts two blue flag beaches, which offer extensive water sports facilities in high season. As well as the modern town, Calpe has a typically Spanish old town, which offers an excellent range of traditional bars and restaurants. There are many surrounding towns within a short drive, all well worth a visit - Moraira, Altea, Javea to name just three - as is the beautifull preserved medieval village of Guadalest up in the mountains. Whether you want a quiet holiday or a fun-packed one there is something for eveyone in and around Calpe.

We are contactable 24/7 throughout your stay. Sven our pool man come twice a week to clean the pool ... he also maintains the villa and his wife is the cleaner. Their numbers are in the welcome pack on arrival to the villa. They speak German spanish and English

Thanks for your feedback. I am sorry the pool was not warm enough. The heater was turned on I will speak to the pool people to ensure the pool is at temperature. There are additional towels in the wardrobe that could have been used. Apologies if this was not made clear. We will feed back to the cleaner about the half opened products for cleaning. thanks again and I do hope we will see you again.

Thankyou for your review. We take pride in ensuring the best possible experience when booking ad staying at our villa. The cleaner immediately attended the property to clean when you told us you were unhappy. It was unfortunate that the back bedroom, air conditioning dropped out during your stay, I sent proof that the installation was one year ago and under warranty however the contactor had been rushed to hospital. It was fixed the week later. To assure other guests there is aircon throughout the villa and if doors were left open it would have cooled this room. There are ceiling fans throughout. The dishwasher was replaced and the guests were asked if they wanted this done during their stay , however declined. The persianna cord had broken and we did no know, this was also repaired. It did not impact on the enjoyment of the villa. I do understand these niggles were disappointing and a discount was offered on a second booking. Thankyou for reading.

How do damage deposits work?
