This lovely two bedroom, one bathroom comfortably furnished apartment is situated in the unique "Colina De Fustera" development in La Fustera - within walking distance of the Fustera beach and supermarket/bars/shops. The complex is gated and very private with excellent sea views over Fustera Bay and towards Moraira. The apartment has a very large sun terrace (getting "all-day" sun) and is only 20 metres away from the spacious and very inviting communal pool. In addition to the two bedrooms and one bathroom (with shower) there is a very nicely decorated lounge/dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. A lovely place for the al fresco Mediterranean lifestyle.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
Let yourselves be dazzled by nature as Benissa brings mountain and sea together. Terraced vineyards and a scattering of green palm trees take you to Benissa´s 4 km of coastline, interrupted by cliffs and rocks, hidden coves and tiny bays. La Fustera, Les Bassetes, Abogat, Pinets, Baladrar and La Llobella are part of this stretch of coast which is like an ecology path along the Mediterranean, where natural resources and scenery have been. La Fustera is only 4 kms away from Calpe which is a large, but traditional Spanish town that boasts many excellent shops, beaches, restaurants and bars. The Penon de Ifach is now a nature reserve with salt flats, unique vegetation, flamingos and a migrant bird population. Calpe also boasts two blue flag beaches which offer extensive water sports facilities in high season. As well as the modern town, Calpe has a typically Spanish old town which offers an excellent range of traditional bars and restaurants.
Calpe / La Fustera area
This region of Spain is famous for its colourful festivals or fiestas. These take place throughout the year, but probably the most well known is the Moros Y Chistianos held in Moraira in July, celebrating the reconquest by the Christians of Moslem-ruled Spain.
Watersports that can be enjoyed include swimming, snorkelling, scuba-diving, jetskiing, windsurfing, and for the less energetic, sunbathing. Other sports include walking, climbing, cycling and horse-riding.
Moraira, which is only 7 kms away along a spectacular coast road, also has a popular marina, which is home or host to a myriad of yachts of all shapes and sizes. The town retains much of its former character as a fishing village. The narrow streets are lined with shops, bars and restaurants, with seafood being a particular speciality. A wholesale fish auction takes place on the quayside and there are two fishmongers selling freshly-caught fish.
Golfing Activities
Within 20 minutes drive of the apartment is Javea Golf Club situated between Moraira and Javea and is open all year round. The course is a 9 hole, par 72 and 3,035 metres. The course is easy to play and relatively flat. Other facilities include: driving range, putting green, heated swimming pool, club bar and restaurant. La Sella Golf Club is 35 minutes drive inland near the village of Jesus Pobre. The course has 18 holes, par 72 and is 6,029 metres. The course although flat has many trees and water obstacles. This is a private members club open to the public. Facilities include: driving range, putting green, motorised trolleys, club bar, lounge bar, restaurant and swimming pool. Both Javea and La Sella clubs have tennis and squash courts. Within 50 minutes drive north in Oliva is Oliva Nova Golf Club, designed by Seve Ballesteros. This testing course 18 holes, par 72 and 7,051 metres. The club has a shop, driving range, restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre.
