Home description

The villa looks out to landscaped gardens and the large communal swimming pool, with views of the sea and Ifach Rock. The glorious sandy beaches at Calpe are just 5 minutes drive, while picturesque towns of Moraira and Javea are close by. For day trips the Jalon Valley, Guadalest and Benidorm are easily accessible.

The villa comprises master bedroom with en-suite and second twin bedroom with shower room. Both bedrooms have panoramic view balconies, fitted wardrobes and are fully equipped. The private entrance, with powder room, leads to the kitchen, which is equipped to the highest standards with all modern appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a walk-in storage cupboard with built-in safe. The living and dining area is tastefully furnished and includes cable TV, DVD and music centre. The entire villa has central heating and air conditioning for your comfort.
The property is located within a secure community and has private car parking. It is within 800 meters of the Tennis Club/Bar, Restaurant and 1500 meters from Calpe town centre with modern supermarkets, shops, restaurants and beaches.

The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region

Calpe sits close to the Rock of Ifach on a hill rising up from the last spurs of the Sierra Bernia, a geographical marvel that provides access to the northernmost towns of Alicante's Marina district. lt is an authentic tourist site, with a coastline boasting sandy beaches and cliff faces in some areas, also the salt sea give to the town a special flavour. Next to the seafront promenade are the remains of an ancient fish salting factory from Roman times.

Calpe's fishing port comes alive with hustle and bustle as the afternoon fish auction draws near.
On the Restaurant terraces the customers have the possibility to try some of the fresh local fish and shellfish, all displayed on ice. Lobster and crayfish are specialities and at unbelieveable prices. The atmosphere is amazing with restaurantrs vying for your custom with a free glass of sangria and tapas. A real treat!
In the old town centre are some points of interest to visit.

Trips of interest:
Tour the quiet villages and ancient Moorish settlements in the hills of the interior of the province Alicante: Vall d'Ebo, Vall d'Alcalá, Vall de Gallinera, Vall de Laguart.

Visit Gata de Gorgos and see what the local craft industries have to offer: esparto, palm leaf, rattan and wickerwork articles.

On the uppermost part of a mountain peak, with houses set into the rock,
Guadalest overlooks a deep valley with a beautiful landscape. The 12th century village and its castle with a Medieval appeal are listed as an historic-artistic complex. Wander the Aladdin type shops through the cobbled streets and visit the tiniet of museums.

Tour the Valle del Pop and stop in Xaló (Jalon) with its antiquities market every Saturday morning and its wine cooperatives.

The waterfalls and fountains in Callosa d'En Sarrià, well known under the Fuentes de Algar are a frequently visited beauty spot. (camping, picnic and barbecue area)

Visit Elche (Elx) , known as the European Palm Grove:
Sights: - Huerto del Cura (an exotic garden with many of palm trees)
- Palacio de Altamira
- La Calahorra (Arab fortifications of the 14c)

Ascend to Coll de Rates from where you can enjoy panoramic views that are unique to the region.

Jijona is a world-famous place thanks to its turrón factories, a typical sweet made of almonds and honey.The factories can be visited to see how this Christmas speciality is made.

Tour the "Sierra de Bernia", listed as a nature parc. This trip is one of the most beautiful routes to explore throughout the coast of Alicante. The height of this natural formation offers an impressive panoramic sight of the entire northern coast line of Alicante.

Visit Orihuela, famous for being an historical-artistic and monumental city.

The Canalobre Caves in Busot have many stalactites and stalagmites as if they were huge candelabra. These caves are among the best European potholing places. There is a large hall for concerts and a beautiful panoramic view.

Visit the " ruta de los castillos " (Castles). The itineray begins in Novelda with the Mola Castle , continues in Petrel, Sax, Villena, Biar and ends in Castalla.

Visit the island of Tabarca , a real monument of nature and once a refuge for pirates and corsairs. This only habited island in the autonomous community of Valencia, can be visited by taking a boat from Santa Pola (20 minutes).

Some kilometers in the North of the province Alicante visite Xàtiva with an impressive castle.

Terra Mitica:
Terra Mitica is a theme park in the holiday resort of Benidorm, Spain. The park is divided into 5 themed zones; Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia (Old zone of Spain and Portugal) and the Islands (of Greece). In 2000 when the park opened its doors, Paramount bought most of the shares in Terra Mitica and so then the park was branded as Paramount Parks Terra Mitica. In 2004 after Paramount Parks decided to drop its shares they had in Terra Mitica, Comunitat Valenciana took over the park and will oversee future plans and the development of other rides

Drive up into the mountains and free wheel back down. A great way to see the scenic beauty of the Costa Blanca.

An entertaining night out with a spectacular international show. Choose between show only or show plus a 4 course meal

A favourite night out for many tourists:
The Benidorm Palace has a capacity of over 1500 and one of the bigger stages in Europe. This is one of the Benidorm attractions that should not be missed. See the topless dancers and lots of acts while you have a lovely meal followed by dancing yourself.

20% deposit is required to confirm a booking, the balance of payment to be made 8 weeks before the commencement of the rental period. A returnable security deposit of £400.00 is also required.
