The Costa Blanca / Valencia / Alicante Province region
The Peñon d'Ifach looks majestically down on Calpe's ancient fishing port, full of culture and history. However, it has leapt in to the 21st century to become a popular beach resort, at the same time maintaining the charm of its old town and port. For those wanting more entertainment Benidorm is just a 20 minute drive away offering the theme park 'Terra Mítica' and the world famous 'Benidorm Palace'. There are also many inland mountain villages just a short dirve away for those wanting to have a taste of the 'real' Spain.
Calpe / La Fustera area
Apart from the fantastic sandy beaches that Calpe offers there are numerous coves and small rocky beaches along the coastline. Take the small train to Altea along the scenic coastline or catch one of the boats in the port to either Denia, Jávea or Benidorm. Drive in your own car to the mountain village of Guadalest stopping on route for a traditional meal at one of the many typical restaurants. Don't miss the 'Fiesta de la Cerveza' from 4th to 14th October, not unsimilar to the German Oktoberfest. Other fiestas in Calpe to look out for are the Moors and Christians 19th to 23rd October and the Virgen de los Nieves 3rd to 12th August.

Further details indoors: Gates lead in to a large parking area and a path goes on from here to the villa. This is a two storey property with all the living accommodation on the upper level. Steps lead up to a small open terrace with the front door into a glazed terrace with views to the sea. Double doors lead in to the lounge and dining room that are separated from the kitchen by a bar. The lounge is bright and comfortably furnished. A passage leads to the two bedrooms and bathroom. The washing machine is housed in a laundry room on the lower level.
Further details outdoors: This delightful two bedroom villa is situated in the Fustera residential area 1 Km from the main coast road between Moraira and Calpe. There are lovely coves to discover nearby, with the wonderful sandy beach at Calpe just over 3 Kms away. The swimming pool, with extensive paved surround, is on the lower level, with a covered terrace offering plenty of shade alongside the pool.
