Villa Margarita is a Large self contained detached villa with it's own pool in the much sought after area of La Fustera within MINUTES walking distance of the Beach, Bars, Restaurants and local Supermarket. This Villa is newly decorated and furnished to a high standard, Calpe Rock Ifach, with the mountains and hills to the rear. Villa Margarita has Hot / Cold Air Conditioning IN ALL BEDROOMS & LOUNGES. The 9 X 5 PH controlled swimming pool NO SORE EYES AND KIND TO GENTLE SKIN, is child friendly with its children's shallow area. The Villa has 5 bedrooms, 2 lounges, 2 fully fitted kitchens, 2 dining areas plus large covered alluminated exterior dining area with plenty of room for everybody to dine in comfort . Large BBQ area with lighting plus illuminated pool and patio area to make your evenings more enjoyable. NEW unlimited Wi Fi INTERNET OPTION @ £25.00 per week

The Villa accommodation is on two levels both having stunning views of the sea and mountains and Calpe rock from the sun terraces. Both floors having their own entrances if required, ideal for two families or larger groups.Both Lounges have Sat.TV, Hi Fi player and DVD players,Wi Fi OPTIONAL EXTRA AVAILABLE,leather settees and quality furnishing PLUS the lower lounge has i pod docking station W11 TV GAME GOOD FUN FOR ALL THE FAMILY& FRIENDS.The two kitchens are fitted with dishwasher, microwave oven, gas hob/electric oven cookers and fridge freezers, there is a utility room with washing machine, iron and board with drying area for your use. Bed linen, tea towels, hand and bath towels are supplied (JUST BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS). ALL Gas/Electricity, Air/Conditioning, laundry , cleaning and child aids are included in rental charge. This Villa is Child friendly with high chair,cot's,microwave bottle sterilization aids, New safety fencing round nayer areas with locking gates. Sorry we are unable to accept pets,

Swimming pool. with shallow area for children , shower, W1 Sports Game consul in lower lounge plus w11 sports CD with 2 + 2 controllers . Boules set and selection of board games. Ample sun beds and sun shade umbrellas for your enjoyment..
Lower floor possibly ok for person in wheel chair no major steps would require assistance to negotiate front cobble area and gates. Toilets not converted for disability needs to date. But lower family toilet/shower room a good size. Please call us if require further information. We have also fitted safety rought iron fencing round the lower area,with locking gates to upper and lower nayer areas to prevent young children entering the pool area without adult supervision.

Change over days are normally Saturday in High and Mid Season we can be flexible at other times, Occupancy is normally from 3pm and departure at 10 am to allow cleaning and linen change for new guests, On arrival our key holder/Agent will meet you at a confirmed meeting place, and escort you the the villa and show you around and how everything works etc. They will also assist you with any enquiries you may have, And be available should you require any further assistance. Please make sure you have arranged Suitable Travel Insurance as no liability will be accepted for loss, injury, cancellation costs incurred or any circumstance beyond our control.

COT'S,HIGH CHAIR, BABY CHANGING AND STERILIZATION AIDS TO ASSIST THOSE FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN AND REDUCE THE LUGGAGE REQUIRED TO CARRY ; PLUS THE TERRACE AREA'S HAVE WROUGHT IRON PROTECTION FENCING WITH LOCKABLE GATES FOR SAFETY. We recommend for car hire www.hirecarsinspain.com they are very helpful and normally give the most competative price. we also recommend to clients, to possibly hire the Renault Kangoo type of Vehicle as it has loads of space and normally they are diesel. This is pending on how large your group is. We can also recommend a taxi service for large groups if required, Air lines obviously this depends on your location but we will help in any way we can to help to find the lowest price for you if assistance is required.

“Wonderful child friendly villa” Firstly let me just say that Ron is a wonderful host and made the booking experience painless. The villa and all facilities were just wonderful. Just as described on the web site. Would certainly recommend it to friends and family.
