On the ground floor there is a double bedroom, with fitted wardrobes, a family bathroom and a shower room. Stairs from the hallway lead to first floor landing where there is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, and a a triple room consisting of bunk beds and a single bed. All the first floor bedrooms benefit from individual balconies. A second staaircase leads to the laundry area, with washing machine and a large roof-top terrace having wonderful views of Calpe and the coast. All main areas benefit from air-conditioning / central heating, at a small additional charge. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout.

Outside, from the covered terrace, steps lead down to a spacious sun terrace and the feature 12m x 5m swimming pool, which benefits from roman steps and has a poolside shower. Patio furniture and a brick built BBQ are provided to enjoy ‘Alfresco’ dining. A rather special feature of this villa is its full size private tennis court. Set in the grounds behind the house, you can enjoy as many games as you wish without interruption. An additional benefit is the inclusion of ramps, which make the house more suitable for the disabled. The villa has mature, ornamental gardens with off road parking available for at least three cars.

The Calpe area
Calpe nestles next to the Rock of Ifach, a spectacular rock formation standing in a nature reserve of the same name and offering unique panoramas over the Alicante coastline. Calpe itself is a village steeped in maritime traditions and blessed with an extensive coast featuring fine, golden sand. Among the many options for enjoying a stay in this authentic tourist village are walks along a promenade on foot, it is full of lively terrace restaurants offering fresh fish and seafood dishes, plus all kinds of water sports and activities, or a visit to its quaint old historic centre on the Costa Blanca.
Calpe is an exclusive resort and many Spanish like to visit, this makes the resort very Spanish-speaking, even though many British tourists come here.
Calpe is approximately 75km from Alicante (ALC) Airport and 145km from Valencia Airport. The town of Moraira is 17km from Calpe.
