Overlooking stunning sea and mountain views, in a very peaceful location, this deluxe 4 bedroom

stone built, finca style, country villa, is located on a large private plot with sun terrace, private pool and beautiful surrounding gardens.

Calpe and the moraira coast is just a 10 minute drive away to sandy beaches, crystal clear waters and a stunning resort town.

The Villa accommodation itself is approximately 300m2, all on one level and directly south facing.

The living room and all the bedrooms have patio doors opening on to a large, South West

facing terrace and private pool area.

The huge open living room has 3 separate seating areas, a dining area, a large flat screen TV

with Sky satellite and a fireplace with a log wood burner.

Free WIFI is available to all guests throughout the villa.

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including electric oven and hob, fridge

freezer, dishwasher,and microwave.

The Utility room also has a washing machine available for guest use.

There is a Cloakroom with washbasin and WC.

The West wing of the villa has 2 bedrooms. The king-sized Master bedroom has an archway

to fitted wardrobes, a dressing area and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower.

In the East wing there are 2 further double bedrooms and family bathrooms with corner bath

and separate walk in shower. There are fitted wardrobes to all bedrooms.

Air Conditioning units are available in all rooms.

The villa has Oil central heating for Winter rentals, radiators are located throughout the property.

There is a fully Alarmed security system installed.

Double glazed windows, with mosquito nets and blinds.

A key feature of the villa is it's extensive South West facing terrace with 2 sun awnings.

The terrace attracts all day sunshine and overlooks a 11m x 5m private swimming pool

complete with Roman steps.

The terrace is also equipped with a gas BBQ, sun loungers, table, sofa and chairs.

The house is set on a large private plot, approximately 4000m2, which is landscaped and fenced.

Entrance to the villa is via a set security gates to a 100 ft driveway. This leads to 2 double

garages with additional parking space for 4/5 cars.

The house is inland from the coast and located in a small hamlet close to Benissa, just a

10 minute drive to the lovely beaches at Calpe and the coves and sandy beaches along the

Benissa coast.

The beach resort of Moraira is only a 20 min drive.

The local Golf de Ifach is a 15 minute drive away.

La Sella near Denia and Altea golf courses are all within a 30 minute drive.

Club Hipico Benissa is a horse riding club in Benissa with classes and activities for all levels, (10min drive)

CEMAS is a scuba dive centre in Calpe with diving classes and excursions for all levels.

The Valenciana region

The Costa Blanca, with its wonderful beaches attracts millions of tourists every year. In the north the Costa Blanca starts with Denia and Javea two wonderful towns at the bottom of a mountain.

In the south the costa blanca goes down to Guardamar and Torrevieja.

With such wonderful cities like the Elche, the palm tree capital of the world.

You can basically travel along as the carretera national goes all way alongside the coast.

Make sure when you come along these beautiful sometimes small villages, that you have enough time for a stay and enjoy a nice wine in one of the great restaurants.

There are many attractions alongside the Costa Blanca, some of them specially for tourists like the entertainment park Terra Mitica at Benidormor the bays of Altea and Calpe.

Others are smaller towns and villages like Villajoyosa just south of Benidorm, famous for its old town and its chocolate.

To me the biggest beauty of the Costa Blanca comes from the seaside villages and towns. Its beaches along

with its tiny villages give the Costa Blanca its unique attraction.

In order to find out more about the Costablanca make sure you get a good Costa Blanca Map and Tourist info’s. If you want to play a nice round of golf at one of the beautiful Costa Blanca golf resorts, please find a list of golf clubs here. The best way to get it, is at the Airport (Tourist Information is before you leave the arrival building) or in downtown Alicante. To me they where always helpful asking for Costa Blanca Information.

Calpe

Weather in Calpe is mild (and well known for it) throughout the year, making it an ideal destination for holiday makers in summer and winter months. Both the town and surrounding areas are sheltered by hills and high mountains, allowing for a kind of micro climate. This limits rainfall, and as a result the region enjoys sunshine for more than 320 days per year.

The sun is at its hottest during the summer months, with temperatures rarely falling below 30°C (86°F). Whereas typically very mild winters, boast averages of around 18°C (64°F).

This region (especially the southernmost part of the Costa) is famous for its salt lakes (salt is a major export). This has a major knock on effect on humidity levels, and as a result the air is much dryer than in other parts of Spain and Europe. The low humidity levels coupled with a mild climate, mean the WHO (World Health Organisation) have rated this part of Spain one of the healthiest climates on the planet.

CEMAS is a scuba dive centre in Calpe with diving classes and excursions for all levels. They also offer sea fishing, boat excursions, water skiing, kayaking, rappel, caving and climbing.

Horse riding is available in Benissa, 5 mins drive from the villa.

"Excellent Villa"

Very spacious and ideal for large parties. First class fittings and superb space on terrace and large garden. Large pool was much appreciated. Position ideal for all day sun. Remote location but short drive to local Spanish towns for authentic experience, and manageable drive to Moraira and Calpe for a busier tourist feel. Met on arrival at Villa which eased the access at night.

"What a luxuriouis villa with breathtaking views"

A beautiful large villa in huge landcaped gardens with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains. A quiet tranquil spot but only 5 minutes to the beaches. We dined at the local restaurants which were excellent value and barbequed on the terraces at night. The kids loved the pool. my wife wanted to take the kitchen home with her! I played at great golf courses, we went horse riding and learned to scuba dive at Calpe. In all it was a great place to stay with a touch of class! We will be going again in the future.
