French windows from the living room lead to the covered and open sun terraces that surround the 8m x 4m swimming pool. The villa has a brick built barbecue, a poolside shower, sun beds, patio furniture and parasol. In addition there is a separate shaded gazebo set in mature gardens. Off road parking is available.

The Calpe area
If you are looking for a Costa Blanca villa rental Calpe is a great choice of destination. Calpe is a very popular cosmopolitan family resort, offering something to suit all. There is a great choice of restaurants and bars around the fishing harbour, plus many interesting shops, boutiques and nightspots. The two superb sandy blue flag beaches in Calpe are divided by the ‘Peñón de Ifach’ rock, a huge craggy headland used as a watchtower against Berber pirates.
The rock is now designated as a nature reserve; it is possible to climb to the top and take in the breathtaking views along the coast and inland over the mountains and hills behind Calpe.
The nearby salt flats have been home to a large number of flamingos that can be seen all year round wading in the shallow waters.
In addition to villas to rent in Calpe, we will adding new villas with pools along the coast, heading north in the resort of Moraira and south in Altea Hills.
Calpe is approximately 75km from Alicante (ALC) Airport and 145km from Valencia Airport.
