This apartment is in the Apollo 14 building which overlooks the Arenal beach near the centre of Calpe. It is a popular apartment block due to its situation. It is only 100 yards from the beach and only a 5 minute walk into the Centre of Calpe.

This two bedroom apartment is ideally situated in Calpe. The large balcony has stunning sea and beach views and it has recently been glassed in so you can either have the balcony fully closed, fully open or partially open. The dining table on the balcony allows you to eat al fresco or just enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching to world go by.

This two bedroom apartment is ideally situated in Calpe. The large balcony has stunning sea and beach views and it has recently been glassed in so you can either have the balcony fully closed, fully open or partially open. The dining table on the balcony allows you to eat al fresco or just enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching to world go by.

There is a double bedroom with an ensuite and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room. The bedrooms and lounge have sliding glass doors that go out onto the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and all necessary cooking utensils are there should you wish to cook at home.

There is a separate and private utility room with a washing machine and drying facilities. We also have a flat screen TV with satellite TV.

The apartment is cleaned before your arrival and on your departure. Whilst we do not expect you to clean, we do however ask that the apartment is left in a tidy state and all rubbish has been disposed of in the communal bins.

Further details outdoors

It is only a five minute walk to the centre of Calpe and the Old Town and a 10 minute walk to the Harbour. There is a large communal pool (open June / July / August and September). There is a communal tennis court (raquets can be hired for a small fee from the concierge). There is also a childrens play area.

We have our own underground private parking space which is included with the price of the rental. A zapper is given with the keys which allows access into the private garage.

During Peak Season (June /July / August / September) we try and keep all bookings from Saturday - Saturday.

Mid-week bookings considered out of season.

Discounts given for long term rentals.

Arrival time from 4pm. Departure time 12 noon (including car parking Space)

A security deposit of £200 is required on booking. This secure the rental dates and also acts as a security deposit. This deposit, which is paid over and above the rental rate is returned once the keys have been returned to us and we know all is OK with the apartment.

The Valenciana region

Calpe is well known for its beautiful, award winning sandy beaches. There is something for everyone in Calpe. There is a beautiful old town where you can eat in a large selection of Spanish restaurants.

The main town has some wonderful and interesting shops and bars and the beach bars and restaurants are to die for. There is also a beautiful harbour that nests at the base of the Ifach with a wide selection of fish restaurants.


There is no need to leave Calpe for the duration of yor holiday as there is so much to do (beaches / restaurants/ diving clubs / horse riding etc!). However, as our apartment has a parking space and if you have hired a car there are some lovely nearby villages you can visit:

- Moririra

- Altea

- Guadalest

-Callosa D'en Sarria (Fuentes de Algar)

There are many fiestas in Calpe. Please do a google search to give you the up to date times.

"great views"

Good central position, very near beach,town.beautiful pool,very safe.nice block. Needs air conditioning, or ceiling fans,as was very hot when we were there.… More

"Lovely apartment with beautiful views"

Very well kept apartment in a very well maintained quiet complex. Very secure complex with friendly concierge about all day. Underground car park space is a bonus as parking very difficult in Calpe, and car always cool. Apollo 14 is in an excellent position in Calpe with good walks, bars and restaurnts, along sea front in both directions. Excellent restaurants towards old town - recomend Calpe Steakhouse, Porque y no and Le Jardin, also lots of fish restaurants at harbour. Also made very welcome in Delfin English Bar (also very good food)
Beautiful views from the huge balcony, with very comfy wicker seating and sofa. Glass front which can enclose balcony would make this apartment very comfortable during cooler months.
Owner Rachael and her parents could not have been more helpful when we booked very last minute, to escape the british weather, and gave us lots of good information about the area.
